OBS spring sale catalog now online

The catalog for the 2018 Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co. spring sale of 2-year-olds in training is now online, with 1,220 horses on offer.

The auction will take place in Ocala, Fla., from April 24-27, with sessions beginning each day at 10:30 a.m. Eastern. The pre-sale under-tack show will be held April 16-21, with an 8 a.m. start.

Stallions whose first crops of juveniles are represented in the OBS spring catalog include: Alpha, Atreides, Bandbox, Cairo Prince, Can the Man, Capo Bastone, Central Banker, Cross Traffic, Drill, Fed Biz, Flashback, Goldencents, Handsome Mike, Honorable Dillon, Itsmyluckyday, Mark Valeski, Mucho Macho Man, Noble Mission, Real Solution, Revolutionary, Shakin It Up, Strong Mandate, Super Ninety Nine, Tritap, Uncaptured, Verrazano, and Will Take Charge.

Juveniles in the sale were bred in Kentucky, Florida, New York, Arkansas, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. The catalog also features horses bred in Ontario, Canada, as well as Ireland and Korea.
