NTRA names three to board

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association has named Marsha Naify, F. Jack Liebau Sr., and Alan Marzelli as members of its board of directors.

Naify, board chairwoman of the Thoroughbred Owners of California, is the first woman on the NTRA board. Liebau, who oversees operations at Bay Meadows and Hollywood Park, replaces former NTRA chairman Craig Fravel. Marzelli, CEO of The Jockey Club, replaces Ogden Mills Phipps, who had served on the NTRA board since its inception.
