Race 1
(1) HENPECKED has shown some recent signs of a turnaround. (4) DRIVING MISS SADIE takes a significant drop down in class. (7) DARRON HALL needs a good setup but has the chance to hit the ticket at a price.
Race 2
(3) DEALMAKER HANOVER impeccably bred filly has lots of room to improve and has flashed a decent burst. (1) WE GOT LEGS should benefit from the best post against a very soft bunch. (5) BLUE AINT MY COLOR has shown some competitive efforts against slightly better.
Race 3
(1) UPFRONT CHIP DADDY picks up a positive driver change with the best post. (3) NOAH COUNT rarely wins but had some sneaky late trot last week being used multiple times. (8) NORTHERN SPARK should be ready for an improved effort third start back off the long layoff.
Race 4
(5) BETTY BARLEY lightly raced 2-year-old could use a decent setup and should offer a much better price this week. (4) DANGER STRIKE was the drivers' choice and has yet to miss the board in five career starts. (1) LUCKY SUDS shows an excellent effort against better over this track three back.
Race 5
(3) KIRTY DREAM well-bred 11-year-old gelding has lost a step this year but might be good enough to beat this field at a price. (5) UNCLE LEROY doesn't win often and looks to offer low value; use caution. (4) WALLTOCOUSINS is another trotter that has had trouble finding the winner's circle but shows some nice efforts against tougher a few back.
Race 6
(9) SMOKE UP JOHNNY should offer a nice price in a wide-open field full of question marks. (1) GIUSEPPE MOLLUSCA is 0 for the year but is capable with some racing luck. (4) BROOKLETS DYNAMITE looks like the horse to beat dropping down but has had a very hard time finding the winner's circle like everyone else in the race.
Race 7
(2) JL STRIKINGFIREFLY needs to stay trotting but had looked impressive in two straight before the miscue. (1) MUSIC TEACHER will offer a very short price for a low percentage pilot. (3) MS CARNOUSTIE has room to move forward off an improved effort.
Race 8
(6) FRISKIE CRUISER owns a win at this level last month and might offer the best price of the contenders. (5) J C ONTHEBEACH looks like the horse to beat dropping in class; short price. (7) GOBAN is just now back in racing shape and shows a huge effort just missing at this level three back.
Race 9
(8) FELONA needs to find a way into the race but has been tremendous for the new barn. (1) BUTTER TOFFEE just missed from a tough post at this level last out. (2) EASTER TREASURE looks to be in line for a nice ground-saving trip up close.
Race 10
(2) MR DE LUCA will be very tough to catch with an easy early lead. (3) SHARK CONTROL might be one of few threats in the race with a trouble-free trip. (9) RUSTY'S NO FOOL has just been racing evenly but could hit the ticket underneath.
Race 11
(4) PARK OFFICIAL has hit the board in two straight at this level for a new trainer. (7) STRETCH CRUISER has room to improve adding second-time Lasix. (9) SHINING GLORY shows decent efforts against similar on the year.
Race 12
(1) HILLBILLY BERT has been knocking on the door in three straight. (2) GO GO GEORGE raced gamely last out just missing at this level. (4) NEXT WOMAN UP is probably the horse to beat on paper but shows a miscue at the gate last week.
Race 13
(9) OUR WALDEN BURY gelding needs a fast pace to close into for his best chance. (2) DIVULGE should be much closer turning for home this week against a suspect bunch. (1) JED KIDD SQUAKING draws the best post in an inconsistent field; use underneath.
Race 14
(9) NORMAN SKIDD MARKS gets sent out for capable connections and shows a win against similar three back. (7) SEMI BEGONIA four-year-old is one of few in the race with some upside. (1) INDIANA ANAMEGO draws the best post off a decent qualifier.
Race 15
(9) IMA IRONMAN picks back up the top driver and owns multiple wins at this level. (1) DEO'S PERFECTSOUND shows good gate speed but lacks late stamina; command a price. (5) OUT WIT has just been racing evenly and is probably best used underneath.
Race 16
(2) BOBBY ONE MILE four-year-old can make it two straight with a similar effort to his last race. (6) GREAT ELIMINATOR lightly raced trotter has hit the board in four straight starts. (1) JETZILLA has really disappointed since flashing ability earlier this summer; use caution.
