(2) MUSIC TEACHER appears to the horse to beat in a field without a win on the year. (1) ONE SHARP BULLET faces much weaker but has just been racing evenly. (5) IMPRESSIVE JAZZ trotting mare needs a good setup for her best chance.
Race 2
(3) ROKNROL FREDDY shows a couple of improved efforts in two of three. (9) DIGGITY DOG fits in with this bunch and will offer a huge price. (2) MCLEISH should be closer turning for home this week.
Race 3
(4) CHECK MY SPEED is just now back in racing shape and just missed at this level last start. (2) BUCKEYE REESE has room to improve second start out for a new barn. (1) JESSIE'S MISSION gets the best post off a wire to wire win.
Race 4
(9) ST LADS MYSTIC appears to be faster than most of the field but needs a competent drive from a low percentage pilot. (8) DEALMAKER HANOVER well bred filly has lots of room to improve in her third career start. (4) DACOR PRINCESS has hit the board in four straight against similar.
Race 5
(8) JETZILLA lightly raced 8-year-old owns wins against better on the year. (7) MEL ROSE DUNN doesn't win often but might be able to hit the ticket with a good setup. (6) BOBBY ONE has flashed a decent burst of speed.
Race 6
(4) ELECTRIC LAD has just been racing evenly but faces softer shipping in from Hoosier. (6) FLUTTER ON BY has been competitive against better on the year. (2) PONDA RIVER will likely be used aggressively down in class.
Race 7
(7) EASTER TREASURE made a miscue last week but shows some excellent efforts in starts prior. (5) DISTORTED DREAM could be tough to catch with an easy early lead. (1) FIESTY JIM four-year-old gelding would be considered the horse to beat if he stays trotting.
Race 8
(6) JUMP THE SHARK gets sent out for capable connections and will offer a big price. (9) GLENEAGLES isn't the most consistent on the year, however a good effort puts the 5-year-old gelding in the mix. (3) UNCLE BUD takes a significant drop in class with a top driver.
Race 9
(2) ELLENS LUCKY ROLL will offer a nice price in a field with few contenders; threat. (1) MAXIMUM CREDIT gets the best post down in class. (6) GALE FORCE HANOVER had no excuse last week; command a price.
Race 10
(2) CHEYENNE MOISHE does his best racing up close; fires early. (9) AUCKLAND FLYER gets sent out second start for a capable barn. (1) WYATT HENRY has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 11
(9) IDEAL ROWAN was close against similar last week. (2) POP COP gets sent out for a top barn in a field full of question marks. (3) UBETTERUBETTERUBET should be in line for a decent ground-saving trip.
Race 12
(9) KNIGHT SKY seven-year-old gelding has room to improve making his third start back off the layoff. (2) IMPRUDENT SPEED picks up a huge driver change with a good post. (6) HEISENBERG Z TAM needs to find a way into the race but shows good efforts before the layoff.
Race 13
(5) CAMS FERNANDO finds a softer spot to get back on track. (4) ROCKEN CAMNATION well bred pacer is very fast when right; short price. (1) LOVEDANCINWITHOU is more than capable of beating this bunch with a good effort.
Race 14
(2) TIME OUTA JAIL takes a huge drop down against weaker. (3) SNEAKY SAM is racing better than what it appears on paper. The 5-year-old is a player in the race should the top choice falter. (1) WELL CONNECTED KID gets sent out for a capable barn with the best post.
Race 15
In a wide open race, (2) IMA NUISANCE will look to drop and pop down in class at a price. (3) CRONOS is probably the horse to beat on paper and will be much closer turning for home this week. (4) IWILLDOWHATIDO shows a good effort against similar three back.
Race 16
(3) THOUGHT PROVOKING filly pacer was huge for the new barn last week drawing off late. (6) LISTENTOYOURHEART closed good ground from a tough spot last race. (4) OUT WIT has hit the board against similar in four of seven starts.
