(6) FREAK ON A LEASH could offer the better price of the contenders. The pacer needs a fast pace up front for his best chance. (1) IMA IRONMAN has burned cash in two straight at this level; use caution. (2) OUT WIT should be in line for a nice ground-saving trip up close.
Race 2
(8) LUCKY GEM lightly raced 3-year-old has flashed a good burst of speed and finds a suspect bunch. (9) MISS LORELEI hit the board against a slightly better bunch last week. (2) AG SEAHORSEDOTLADY filly might be able to get a decent spot out of the gate.
Race 3
(1) LIBERAL seven-year-old stallion was sharp off the short layoff and probably has more to offer. (2) LIBRADO HANOVER should get a crack at the top choice late. (3) E R TRUEVALUE shows some competitive efforts at this level.
Race 4
(3) EIGHTOCLOCKSTORM gelding has a lot of question marks but is very fast when he minds his manners. (7) SEMI BEGONIA is just now back in racing shape and has shown good improvement in two straight. (1) J-S MAPLE JAC could be dangerous with an easy early lead.
Race 5
In a really weak field, (5) DACOR PRINCESS just missed against similar last week being used multiple times. (9) HOWBOUTA BIG GUY was much improved last week; threat. (1) DEO'S PERFECTSOUND has burned cash in four straight at this level; use caution.
Race 6
(6) MAJOR COUNT gets sent out second start for a proven barn. (3) ONE DIRECTION owns good gate speed and picks up a huge driver change. (1) CHAD takes a significant drop in class with the best post.
Race 7
(1) MEGATRON likely needed the start last week. The 7-year-old gets the best post with the top driver. (2) R M IMP has just been racing evenly but fits in with this bunch nicely. (4) OFFDAHOOK BLUECHIP will offer a big price in an inconsistent field full of question marks.
Race 8
(1) APLIN HANOVER shows excellent efforts at this level last month. (5) DJ LANCE gelding could pick up the pieces should the top choice falter late. (6) J C ON THEBEACH shows wins against much tougher on the year but was just average in the qualifier.
Race 9
(3) RD DONETHAT picks up a huge driver change against slightly softer. (9) MECHANICAL ART needs a smooth trip from the second tier but has hit the board at a price in three straight starts. (8) FARMERSSIXFOURNINE shows big efforts in two straight but gets a very tough starting post.
Race 10
(1) LEARNING LINDY had some sneaky late trot from a very tough spot last week. (4) COWBOY COUNTRY is very inconsistent from week to week. A good effort puts the sophomore trotter in the mix for a big piece. (2) NOT MEITSYOU has only one win on the year and looks to offer low value.
Race 11
(6) ROLL'EM UP takes a significant drop in class against weaker. (7) WARP FACTOR THREE should offer a better price this week and can use a good setup. (9) WESTERN CHURCHILL has consistently hit the board at this level.
Race 12
(4) HENPECKED should be closer turning for home this week against easier. (3) HERBINATOR finds a weak and inconsistent field and shows good closing ability. (6) SAM HAS CLASS picks up a huge driver change; threat.
Race 13
(5) SILVER SPIR was a game winner at this level two back. (6) CHEYENNE MOISHE raced well last out against similar. (7) TASSIES LITTLE ART needs to find a way into the race but benefits from the top driver.
Race 14
(4) LOVELY FEELIN four-year-old gelding just needs to ration out his speed for a chance to break his 0 for 23 slide on the year. (5) DOORAH CHEERLEADER has flashed decent gate speed and will offer a huge price. (2) OUT DID MYSELF should be in line for a ground-saving trip up close.
Race 15
(3) UBETTERUBETTERUBET drops down a notch and will be used aggressively. (1) HOT SHOT HILL gets sent out for a capable barn with the best starting post. (9) PERRITO CALIENTE is just now back in racing shape; threat.
Race 16
(4) HICKORY LITTLE RED can crush this group with a similar effort to his last. (7) FLUTTER ON BY might be the only threat to the top choice but needs an ideal setup. (9) IMPRUDENT SPEED would need more to threaten the favorites in the race; use underneath.
