Race 2 - Guns N Roses Series FM NW2/15000 Lifetime
(5) TT’S EBONY is capable of beating this group with a trouble-free trip. (6) COCO HALL scored a lifetime mark last week against similar. (7) FOOLMEGYPSY stayed flat in the qualifier and looks to have ability. (4) FRONTIER CREEDA should benefit from a start over the track.
Race 3 - NW1/10000 Lifetime / 7500 Claimer
(1) VICTORY BELLS is just now back in racing shape and should offer a big price. (5) BROADWAY SARAH raced gamely last out earning a nice victory against similar. (7) STRIKING TURBO fits in with this bunch and should offer a big price. (3) MS O’REILLY had no excuse last week getting picked off late; command a price.
Race 4 - NW1/10000 Lifetime / 7500 Claimer
(5) SOLEIL showed a nice closing move last week sweeping past late. (7) CROOKSHANKS gets sent out for capable connections but has come up empty after a promising early win. (2) ALL PIPED UP has hit the board in three of five at this level. (9) HAWK’S CRY DIVA faces easier competition but could need a start over the track.
Race 5 - NW1/7500 Lifetime
(1) TT’S CHIPSTER needs an aggressive drive from the rail but looks to be one of the faster trotter’s in the race. (2) SINGING SOLO just missed against better last week. (6) POWER OF LUCK looked much improved in the recent qualifier. (9) SON OF SONA will offer a big price and has two straight seconds at this level.
Race 6 - NW1/10000 Lifetime / 7500 Claimer
(3) VINECANCRUISE should be able to make it two straight with a similar effort to her last easy victory. (1) SWEETEST PET could be closer turning for home this week. (2) MAKE THE BOOKS is one of few in the race that’s shown a decent burst of speed. (5) COLT SWINDELL threw in a clunker after a decent effort the start prior.
Race 7 - Gin Blossom Series NW2/15000 Lifetime– $10k GTD Pick 4
(6) LUCKY OVER ANDOVER is an impeccably bred 3-year-old that was tremendous last week setting a lifetime mark over a sloppy track. (4) RATTLING PINE adds first time Lasix and faces a softer bunch this week. (5) TC’S BEST gets sent out for capable trotting connections but seems to be going in the wrong direction lately. (2) SEAL SNIPER went a very nice effort last out finishing a solid second.
Race 8 - NW1/7500 Lifetime
(3) BLUE AINT MY COLOR quit badly last week but was good in the two efforts at this level prior. (2) SHABANG needs a decent setup but looks to be a threat in a weak field full of question marks. (4) WHATSHEGONNADO draws a decent starting spot; threat. (8) TINO’S BADBOY would have been the horse to beat had the 3-year-old drawn inside.
Race 9 - NW2/20000 Lifetime / AE NW3/30000 Lifetime / 15000 Claimer
(3) BAT CHIP CRAZY has set two straight lifetime marks. (5) REVIVAL just missed at this level last week racing gamely. (4) MORE THAN MILES beat a decent field three back. (9) JUST FRIENDS needs a good setup; use underneath.
Race 10 - NW1500L4
(4) PERCY’S Z TAM raced big in the qualifier and picks up a positive driver change. (3) TEBOW TIME looked home free at this level last week before just being picked off late. (6) Q COBRA JET appears to be the horse to beat getting sent out for top connections, however the pacer has just been racing evenly and will likely offer low value. (5) JOES ON A ROLL has been competitive against slightly better on the year.
Race 11 - NW1500L4 - $10k GTD Pick 4
(5) TOP DOLLAR might have the kinks worked out after a month off. The 7-year-old owns a class edge over the field when right. (2) NEED A WINNER draws inside dropping down a notch. (6) REHAB MOUNTAIN is just now back in racing shape and has room to improve at a price. (9) AT MY REQUEST is also dropping in class but looks terrible on paper; use caution.
Race 12 - NW750L4
(2) STIRLING ENSIGN will look to drop and pop down at the bottom level. (4) OK GERONIMO just missed at this level last week when racing gamely. (9) UF FAST FEELIN has yet to hit the board in nine starts on the year but is facing weaker. (7) MACONUPWITHEDRAGON is capable of pacing a decent mile with a good setup.
Race 13 - NW2750L4 - $10K GTD Hi5
(5) ST LADS CHARGER was sharp off the layoff last week pacing a big mile from the eight-hole. (7) FULL CODE gets sent out first start for a top barn. (8) RUFFYS DESIRE has some question marks coming off the scratch. The 7-year-old shows some fast miles a few starts back. (6) KNIGHT SKY has hit the board in two straight since the trainer change.
Race 14 - NW4/30000 Lifetime / AE NW6/40000 Lifetime / 20000 Claimer
(7) OH SO PINE showed promise as a 2-year-old but has yet to fire against tougher. The 3-year-old is due for a good effort down in class. (5) MUSIC TEACHER has looked to be a winner in two straight before tiring late; fires early. (1) HERE’S JOLENE draws the best post with gate good gate speed. (2) ANASTASIA GEM has hit the board in four of five starts.
Race 15 - NW1/7500 Lifetime / AE NW2/15000 Lifetime / 10000 Claimer
(2) JIMMY RAY LOU takes a significant drop in class against much weaker. (3) SPORTS BET gets sent out second start for a hot barn. (9) BEARCREEKCLAW has hit the board in two straight at this level but would need more to threaten for the top spot. (6) MAJORITY WINS TWO is very inconsistent from week to week. A good effort puts the pacer in the mix.
Race 16 - NW2750L4
(2) HOLYHOLYGUACAMOLIE finds a soft spot to do some damage. (9) QUEEN’S RIPSNORT has shown recent signs of a turnaround; threat. (7) BEND IN THE RIVER raced well last week drawing off against weaker. (3) COWBOY COUNTRY just needs to stay trotting for a chance at a piece.
