(1) ALAN was excellent in the qualifier. (4) CW HOME has question marks but is one of few in the race that has flashed ability. (3) BROTHER TOM fits in with this group with a good setup.
Race 2
(8) MY INDIANA looks to make it four straight at this level; short price. (4) RV MARCIE should be sharper second start back against weaker. (2) L A LADY flashed some ability at age 2 and needed the start last week.
Race 3
In a really weak field, (2) SANTA ROSE HANOVER should be in line for a nice trip up close at a big price. (3) ROCK LAVA has just been racing evenly against slightly better; threat. (1) MAJESTIC HEART might be able to hit the ticket starting from the rail.
Race 4
(2) HILLTOP JESSE raced well in his debut and draws a much better post this week. (3) SHOT OF ESPRESSO has hit the board at this level in two of three. (4) ROYALS VICTORY makes her third start back off the layoff while sent out for a new barn.
Race 5
(6) THIN RED LINE should be ready for an improved effort second start back off the layoff. (4) ROCKIN SUE was very competitive at this level last week. (3) SWEETEST PET is a lightly raced pacer that has shown a decent burst of speed in both career starts.
Race 6
(4) BOLD DECISION has been competitive against much tougher on the year. (2) GREAT AMERICAN has yet to win on the year but is taking a significant drop in class. (9) MCLASSIC can threaten against this bunch with a smooth trip.
Race 7
(6) RAINBOW BABE drew off last week in her first start off the bench. (1) LAWTON HANOVER scored a win against similar two back. (2) TINOS PULSE has hit the board at this level in five straight.
Race 8
(3) ULTIMATE ENCORE just needs to stay trotting for a piece of the pie. (7) HALL N BRO has some upside in a field full of question marks. (9) HESABOYNAMEDSIOUX was close against similar two back.
Race 9
(2) JUST BETTOR will be used very aggressively down in class. (3) OK GERONIMO doesn't win often but should be in the mix with a trouble-free trip. (4) CAMS LITTLE MAN put in a nice try last week at a big price.
Race 10
(4) RATTLING PINE has shown tremendous improvement in each start. (9) STORM RYDER beat the top choice two back; threat. (1) COUNT'S CHIP owns two wins at this level before the miscue.
Race 11
(4) ONEISALONELYNUMBER flashed a big burst of speed last week from far back. The well-bred gelding should be closer turning for home. (5) BUBBIE BOY is inconsistent from week to week but a good effort puts him in the mix. (3) FOUR DIAMONDS snags a top driver and was close at this level two back.
Race 12
(6) HERE'S JOLENE will be dangerous with a good early spot off the gate. (4) MOOLAH BEGONIA will be a heavy favorite and could be vulnerable first start off the bench. (1) EVAN HANOVER is a 4-year-old that has flashed good ability and draws the rail.
Race 13
(1) ALL THE COOKIES just needs to ration out his speed to score a victory. (3) BECOME LEGENDARY might be ready for a better effort third start back off the layoff. (5) IDEAL TYSON A looks to offer another short price off a suspect effort; use caution.
Race 14
(1) SPORTY MCSPORTSTER finds a very soft spot to get his year started. (6) DOOWRAH LIGHTNING might be the only threat to the top choice after drawing off at this level last week. (7) HEERZ FINDLAY closed nicely from a tough spot last out.
Race 15
(2) GUESS WHOS BACK went a huge half-mile last race before tiring. The 7-year-old makes his second start in a new barn and has room to improve off that effort. (6) SWEET HONEY is probably the best horse in the race but gets sent out for a low percentage pilot. (7) TIMELESS UTAH is capable of better and picks up a good driver change.
Race 16
(9) READYSETLETSROLL raced well against a better bunch last week. (1) ALLIES CRUISER almost popped at a price last start when just missing at this level. (2) KINGOFTHEREIGNS needs a good setup; use underneath.
