(3) HATE THE RULES adds second-time Lasix second start off the bench against a suspect bunch. (4) CRYSTAL PETE had some sneaky late pace in his first start of the year. (2) DR JUDGE should be in line for a ground-saving trip up close.
Race 2
(2) SLEEPIN IN THE SUN filly pacer has room to improve in her third start of the year at this level. (4) RIDE CAPTAIN RIDE owns a win at this level a few starts back. (6) MY PAL COACH paced a personal best last week finishing third against similar.
Race 3
(7) STONEBOUROUGH could be overlooked drawing an outside post. The six-year-old gelding might be on the improve and is one of few in the race that's shown a decent burst of speed. (3) MY INDIANA raced well last week being used multiple times. (9) MIGHTY MINI will have to navigate the second tier but looks to make it two straight at this level.
Race 4
(1) UBETTERUBETTERUBET should offer a good price and could be in a perfect striking spot turning for home. (2) MILLIRON PETE classy pacer has really disappointed all year long and looks to offer another short price; use caution. (3) IMA NUISANCE fits in with this bunch nicely.
Race 5
(4) CW HOME BOY has upside in a weak field full of question marks. (7) RATTLING PINE gelding is a major player against this group if he minds his manner. (9) MY STAR LEE doesn't show recent breaks like the top two choices; threat.
Race 6
(4) MORELAND FLASH is capable of pacing a fast mile with a smooth trip. (1) ROCK POWER morning-line favorite has not raced well in some time; use caution. (9) JET AIRLINER burned cash last week racing poorly. The 9-year-old pacer shows good efforts against better a few back.
Race 7
(6) JOJO GO N SPI will offer a huge price in a weak field full of question marks. The 4-year-old has been competitive against similar. (7) SOUTHERN SAGE flashed a decent move last week before getting out-paced late. (8) SCRAPPY SAM needs a lot of racing luck to find a way into the race; use underneath.
Race 8
(3) ONE LUCKY DRAGON is probably just now rounding back into form after a seven month layoff. (2) CALVIN K gets sent out for top connections and keeps a top driver. (4) BETTOR'S DREAM dropped and popped last week but would need more.
Race 9
(7) BIG BAD MONSTER ran into a buzzsaw last race but has been sharp in two straight. (5) MCDAGGAR just missed last week against similar. (4) TINOS PULSE gets sent out first start for a new barn picking up a top driver.
Race 10
(1) YANKEE OSBORNE takes a significant drop in class with the best post. (2) BRIAN J needed the start last week off the long layoff and has room to improve. (3) ZOOM ON ROMEO has finished on the board in three straight.
Race 11
(5) IMHERETOTAKEOVER should offer a nice price for a capable barn. (6) STORMIN AT DAWN has won three of five starts and set a lifetime mark last week going wire to wire. (3) POSSESS THE STONE might have more to offer third start back off the layoff.
Race 12
(3) STARRY NITE TEEN was sharp in the qualifier and gets sent out for a high percentage barn. (4) THUNDER NOISE has just been racing evenly but finds a very soft group. (5) IF YOU WANT FIRE drops down to the bottom level; threat.
Race 13
(6) MAJOR COUNT gelding came back off the layoff sharp. He should have room to move forward off that effort. (5) ALVAREZ finished second against a better bunch in his last start. (1) DISTORTED DREAM trotted a good effort against similar last week.
Race 14
(9) CARIBBEAN BEACH put in a super qualifier off a six week layoff. (5) J J TANNER takes a huge drop down against easier; short price. (3) MONTERO BLUE CHIP couldn't seal the deal against weaker in two straight; use underneath.
Race 15
(7) INDIANA ANAMEGO has yet to win on the year but has been knocking on the door in three straight. (9) GREAT ELIMINATOR keeps the top driver and shows decent efforts at this level. (1) SECRET TRAINER can't recommend at a short price; use caution.
Race 16
(2) VALIENTE STRIDE raced really well at this level last week just missing. (1) THAT'S SOME PLAN draws the best post down in class. (5) LOVE TAP HANOVER owns a big burst of speed when timed right.
