(1) RATTLING PINE draws the best post and looks poised for an improved effort. (9) CATCHING THE DOUGH probably needs a start but did race well in the qualifier. (3) ABSOLUTE MASSIVE picks up the top driver second start out for a new barn.
Race 2
(9) P L HAYMAKER was much-improved last week going a big three-quarters of a mile before tiring late. (1) BALLISTIC TIP just needs a trouble-free trip to hit the ticket. (2) TERROR OF THETRACK owns a win at this level on the year.
Race 3
(6) BOLD CREATION was super in the qualifier and looks to offer value. (7) SUPERIOR LAKE well bred 6-year-old also raced well winning his qualifier. (5) IMHERETOTAKEOVER just needs to ration out his speed for a chance to threaten.
Race 4
(4) MAJORITY WINS TWO finally draws inside and will offer a huge price in a weak field full of question marks. (2) TINOS PULSE just missed at this level last week; threat. (1) LLOYD JAMES paced a fast mile last week but hasn't won a race in really long time; use caution.
Race 5
(5) FRANK THE FISH was heading in the right direction before the miscue last week. (9) MIGHTY MINI just needs to work out a trip from the second tier for a piece. (3) MY INDIANA has hit the board at this level in three straight.
Race 6
(1) ANTIQUE MASTER K gets sent out for a low percentage driver but appears to be much faster than most of the field. (2) HEZA HOTSHOT might get a nice trip behind the favorite. (3) MAKE THE BOOKS lightly-raced pacer has room to improve against a very soft group.
Race 7
(5) SUPREME LADY has finished first or second in ten of eleven lifetime starts. (7) AND UP WE GO is capable of sweeping past late with a good setup. (2) UNPERSUADABLE mare shows good gate speed which could put her close turning for home.
Race 8
(3) BRICKER BEACH might offer the better price of the contenders and needed the start last week. (2) MAX DEAL pacer has raced well at this level in two straight. (6) MY PAL COACH appears to be going in the right direction; threat.
Race 9
(2) CRYSTAL PETE gets sent out for capable connections third start back off the long layoff. (3) MY STAR LEE shows decent efforts in this class on the year. (9) DYNAMITE STICK might have gained some confidence after beating similar last out.
Race 10
(4) DONTWASTEOURTIME drops in for a tag against a suspect bunch. (1) REJOICEANDBEGLAD veteran pacer has not won in a long time but should be closer turning for home. (9) ODIN BLUE CHIP fits in with this group nicely.
Race 11
(2) EVAN HANOVER was sharp off the short layoff. (1) TT'S D-JAY should be in line for a decent ground-saving trip. (6) SECRET TRAINER doesn't look the best on paper but is capable of trotting a fast mile with a trouble-free trip.
Race 12
(3) STAY IN YOUR PLACE takes a huge drop down against weaker. (1) CARIBBEAN BEACH needed the start last week and draws the best post. (2) MIDNIGHT SHARK might not be up to the task of pacing with the top two late; use underneath.
Race 13
In a weak field full of question marks, (5) NONO LINDY takes a good drop in class third start back off the layoff. (3) MIKES MAJESTIC is also just now rounding back into form off a layoff. (4) WENDY'S GIRL drops in class and should be in line for a better trip this week.
Race 14
(2) THAT'S SOME PLAN could be one of few threats in the race to the heavy morning-line favorite. (1) ONE BAD NIGHT needed the start last week; short price. (4) JIGTIME JONES the effort two back would put the pacer very close.
Race 15
(2) MACONUPWITHEDRAGON shows good efforts against better on the year. (4) JET AIRLINER just missed last week racing gamely. (1) KINGOFTHEREIGNS draws the best post against a very soft bunch.
Race 16
(1) THROWNOUTOFBETTER paced a decent mile last week first start over the track. (9) HONEEMOON SUITE picks up a huge driver change; threat. (3) SIR HOWEIE'S Z TAM probably needs a start off the long layoff but does find a soft spot.
