Race 1
(7) BROWNER SHUTTLE was sharp last week even needing the start. The 11-year-old will offer a big price and has room to improve. (6) HIGH FINANCE needs to find a way into the race but can threaten with some racing luck. (3) TEAM ZORDIN has been competitive against much better but has some question marks coming off a scratch.
Race 2
(8) OAKLEY DOAKLEY picks up a huge driver change. If the five-year-old gets an easy early lead it could be lights out. (4) MORGANGETSHERWAY pacing mare is just now back in racing shape but needs a trouble free trip to threaten. (1) WESTERN DIAL was dreadful last start; command a price.
Race 3
(3) SKEETER P will offer a decent price in a field with few contenders. (1) OH PLEASE gets the best post in a week and inconsistent field; short price. (2) SPARTAN CAN-DO should be in a perfect spot to save some ground before shaking loose late.
Race 4
(2) ASTROFFICAL filly put in a solid qualifier and will look to make her career debut a winning one against a suspect bunch. (5) TONOLLI four-year-old will offer a big price but has just been racing evenly. (7) JL'S STAR SHOOTER lightly raced 5-year-old showed good improvement last start just tiring a bit late.
Race 5
(3) SKYWAY COBRA if the 4-year-old trots he wins for fun; short price. (8) GRAPHITE raced well last week from a very tough spot. (6) JAMES KENNY four-year-old just held on for his first lifetime victory last start against similar.
Race 6
In a really weak field, (1) HICKORY TERRIFIC makes his first start for a new barn with the best post. (4) SANTA'S SPECIAL is inconsistent from week to week but can hit the board with a decent effort. (6) HEARTLAND DESIRE went from having a lot of late pace to completely empty last out; command a price.
Race 7
(1) EMILENE'S FUTURE has a terrible winning percentage in the last few years but should be very competitive against this group. (9) CIRO looks to offer value and will be much closer turning for home this week. (2) QUIET CHARMER has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 8
(7) DONT SAY GOODBY was on cruise control last start winning easily against similar. The pacer picks up a top driver and will be blasting early. (1) ACE OF SHARKS owns multiple wins against better and gets the best post. (2) GRANTLAND will probably take heavy tote action getting sent out for top connections, however the pacer has been tiring late in his miles.
Race 9
(7) LION IMAGE four-year-old is saddled with another tough post but has been trotting up a storm late. (3) AWESOMELY AWESOME owns a win and a second at this level in recent starts. (4) OVERCOMEBYVICTORY had some sneaky late trot last week; threat.
Race 10
(1) POW CHICKA POW POW gelding didn't put forth his best effort last week but gets another great starting post. (2) MEGATRON has some question marks coming off a scratch but was the top driver's choice in a field full of question marks. (3) ACTING CAPTAIN looks to offer a big price down in class.
Race 11
(4) QB KILLA has shown big bursts of speed in three straight but has fallen apart late; fires early. (5) IWILLDOWHATIDO looks terrible on paper but does have a good history at this level. (2) TOBINS FORTUNE has just been racing evenly; command a price.
Race 12
(5) STRIKE IT BIG was sharp off the layoff and looks to have more to offer. (7) BALANCED GAME takes a big drop in class. The 7-year-old still made it close last week even after an early break. (9) ROSE RUN PRINCESS former Ohio champ should be much closer turning for home this week.
Race 13
(4) COMICBOOK HERO just missed last start against similar. The pacer will be used aggressively. (2) STAR CHASER eight-year-old gelding is just now back in racing shape facing a weak and inconsistent field. (1) LIGHTNINGINTHESKY should be in line for a great trip up close; use underneath.
Race 14
(9) QUANTUM CASHMAN well bred trotter has room to improve third start out in a new barn. (4) MUSCLE ON BROADWAY beat a softer bunch last out. The 7-year-old made the most money in the field last year; threat. (8) EPIC RANGER just missed from a very tough post last week against a better bunch.
Race 15
(1) WELL DID has been pacing faster than most of the field and gets the best post. (4) CULLENS BLUE JEAN has just been racing evenly but faces a weaker field than the last two. (2) MR BULLY FROG drops down to the bottom level but needs more.
Race 16
(6) HALFA CENTURY will look to drop and pop down in class with the top driver. (9) HOOREI FOR FLASH is another dropper making his second start back off a layoff. (1) TEBOW TIME scored a victory in the qualifier from dead last. That could indicate the pacer is ready to roll.
