(9) STAY IN YOUR PLACE should be able to handle this group with a trouble-free trip. (8) ARTHUR PENDRAGON needed the start last week and should offer decent value. (2) PERCY’S Z TAM just needs a better setup this race to hit the ticket at a price. (1) WANDERER looks to be in line for a decent ground-saving trip up close.
Race 2 – NW2000L5
(5) BETTOR’S OUTLAW shows competitive efforts against better in recent. (4) RAIDERS BOY is one of the faster pacer’s in the field; threat. (3) GIUSEPPE MOLLUSCA can be in the mix for a piece underneath at a price. (2) REBEL ROCK RUSTY needs a turnaround on paper to threaten the top spot.
Race 3 – NW4/30000 Lifetime / AE NW6/40000 Lifetime/20000 Claimer
(5) SHESGOTTAMISSION can beat this bunch especially with a decent spot off the starting gate. (7) GONNAWISHONASTAR needed the start last week and could have more to offer. (3) ALAN morning line favorite has a lot of question marks; command a price. (4) TT’S CHIPSTER gets sent out for a low-percentage pilot and is probably best used underneath.
Race 4 – NW1/10000 Lifetime/7500 Claimer
(6) CLOCK ROCKER will look to make it three straight against similar. (5) WILL SEE YOU EJ is one of few in the race with some upside. (2) YOUDA BOMBAY owns three seconds at this level. (3) REAL FOXY LADY showed some improvement in his last start finishing in the money.
Race 5 – NW1/7500 Lifetime
(1) EXPENSIVE BAIT adds first-time Lasix for top connections starting from the rail. (3) MOTOWN MISSILE has stayed flat in two straight qualifiers. (2) KO IN CHUN adds Lasix and draws inside against a very soft group. (4) THE COLDEST has yet to win in twenty-three career starts but is a threat with an easy early lead.
Race 6 – NW1/7500 Lifetime
(8) DREAMINALLTHETIME scored a nice win at this level last week. The pacer will need a good setup but can cash at another big price. (9) WESTERN DRIVE picks up a top driver but looks to offer low value and has yet to win in twenty-three lifetime starts; command a price. (6) DRAGON PURPLECHIPS has decent success of hitting the bottom of the ticket at this level. (1) LAUGHING OFFICIAL might be the sleeper in the race after needing his first career start last week.
Race 7 - NW1000L5– **$10K GTD Pick 4**
(3) BEAT OF NY will look to drop and pop at a price. (5) OUT WIT has been competitive against slightly better; threat. (2) BUBBIE BOY picks up a huge driver change but will also offer low value; use caution. (1) PAUL’S JUST PLAYIN draws the rail and needed the start last week.
Race 8 – NW1/7500 Lifetime / AE NW2/15000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer
(5) CAMPAIGNING KID was sharp last race and probably has more to offer this time out. (1) FULTON’S FURY adds first time lasix starting from the rail. (8) POMPANO-PETE couldn’t seal the deal last week and now gets a tough outside post. (9) ANGRY ANNIE has flashed a decent burst of speed when timed right.
Race 9 - 5000 Claimer
In a wide-open field full of question marks, (8) YOU GOT TRUMPED just missed last time for a top barn and will offer a much better price this week. (4) RED DOG RYAN raced well in the qualifier a few weeks ago but doesn’t show any wins in a very long time. (2) IWILLDOWHATIDO should be closer turning for home this week. (9) SERIOUS MAJOR probably needs a start; use underneath.
Race 10 - NW4/30000 Lifetime / AE NW6/40000 Lifetime/20000 Claimer
(5) MISTERPINECREDIT has really started to blossom into a decent trotting prospect over the last six weeks or so. The four-year-old gelding gets sent out first start off the claim for a new barn. (2) HERE COMES MOONY was tremendous two back before the miscue last race. (9) POWER OF LUCK might be able to pick up the pieces especially with fast fractions to close into. (4) SLICK SARAH was an easy wire to wire winner last start but is probably a few steps slower than the top choices; use underneath.
Race 11 - NW1000L5- **$10K GTD Pick 4**
(1) LANSDOWNE ROAD drops and draws the best post in a weak field full of question marks. (9) HILLCREST BIGDADDY has room to improve second start back off the bench. (6) SHARKHART morning line favorite keeps a top driver and shows some competitive efforts against better. (4) BOUNCING BRO has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 12 - NW2/20000 Lifetime/ AE NW3/30000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer
(1) ACTION B will look to make it three straight at this level. (9) BURN NOTICE might be one of few threats in the race with a decent ground saving trip. (2) CELEBRITY LOPEZ finally draws inside but probably needs more to tangle with the top choice. (3) BLAZINBERRIES has been improved in recent but also needs more.
Race 13 – NW4500L5 / AE 8000 Claimer- **$10K GTD HI-5**
(4) BET ON BRETT bumps up a notch off an easy win against weaker; fires early. (9) THINK BIGGER raced well against better last out. (5) SOMEBEACH BARON well bred pacer was sharp in the qualifier and made the most money of the field last year. (3) UNIX HANOVER gets a negative driver change against tougher; use underneath.
Race 14 – NW2/20000 Lifetime
(3) FRIENDLIEST OF ALL lightly raced trotter looks to have ability when he minds his manners. (9) LADY LONE STAR trotting mare goes for three straight. (2) O U FIREFLY mare has been competitive against similar on the year. (5) UPTOWN BI has yet to take the next step forward; command a price.
Race 15 – NW2/15000 Lifetime/10000 Claimer
(9) R ES DAZ gets sent out for top connections off an easy win against similar. (2) KING OF THE BALL had some decent late pace last out and needed the start. The pacer will offer a huge price and could be ready for a better effort second start back off the long layoff. (5) MYKINDANIGHT has raced well in two straight. (1) MAJESTIC HEART would be a threat to hit the board if the six-year-old stays pacing.
