(3) SOUTHERN KID needed the start last out and has some upside. (1) TARTUFO LINDY should benefit from the rail facing a weak field full of question marks. (2) DONTTEASHIM morning line has just been racing evenly.
Race 2
(9) MICKY J three-year-old gelding shows a good burst of speed getting sent out for proven connections. (1) ONE SHARP BULLET shows a win at this level four back. (3) MISSION ON MY MIND could be the sleeper in the race making his second start back off a long layoff.
Race 3
(5) STAR BUSTER four-year-old was sharp in the qualifier; short price. (7) STRONG HOPE eleven-year-old stallion is 0 for the year but might be one of few threats in the race with a lot of racing luck. (9) DRIVEN should be in line for a decent ground-saving trip up close.
Race 4
In a really weak field, (2) OUTSTANDING PAYDAY adds first-time Lasix off a decent effort against similar. (4) WIZARD OF ODDS has just been racing evenly but fits in with this group. (8) YANKEE L three-year-old is 0 for the year but has been pacing faster than most of the field.
Race 5
(3) VICTORYSUPERANGEL showed a decent burst last start and finds a very soft group. (2) ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is probably the horse to beat drawing inside after a nice effort at this level last out. (1) JL STRIKINGFIREFLY three-year-old filly looks terrible on paper but can hit the ticket if she minds her manners.
Race 6
(6) SWAN ON THE BANK adds first-time Lasix first start out for a new barn. (3) CONCEPT morning-line choice will be tough to beat if he races like he did in the qualifier. (2) SIMMY doesn't look the best on paper but is taking a significant drop in class.
Race 7
(1) CELTIC PRINCE finally draws inside and should be in a decent spot turning for home. (3) ROCKEN CAMNATION well bred 9-year-old raced big two weeks ago at this level. (2) DREAMFAIR MESA gets sent out for a top barn; threat.
Race 8
(5) SNEEKY FEET has just been racing evenly but could offer a big price and is one of few threats in the race. (1) HA HA has been competitive against slightly better on the year. (4) AMERICAN GENERAL has burned cash in two straight and looks to offer another short price; use caution.
Race 9
(3) VANESSA VALENTINE gets sent out for a provisional pilot but set a lifetime mark last start impressively. (6) ITTYBITTYONE flashed a big burst of speed last week before tiring late. (4) FORGET YOU picks up a huge driver change.
Race 10
(6) LILYS REAL BOY seven-year-old gelding needed the start over the track last week. The pacer has beaten better on the year. (1) FANCY FOOTWORK drops down in class with the best post. (3) LUCKY REI owns only one win on the year; command a price.
Race 11
(8) TOP DOLLAR drops down out of the Open for capable connections. (5) GET THE CASH is very fast when right. (1) UNCLE LEROY looks to be in line for a great trip up close.
Race 12
In a tough race to gauge, (1) BLUEBIRD PACIFIC made a miscue last week but shows some decent efforts against better. (2) CHANCE I MIGHT raced well from a tough post at this level last week. (9) STEUBEN GLADIATOR will look to drop and pop down in class.
Race 13
(9) INFRONTANDFORGETIT comes into the race sharp and draws better than most of the contenders. (10) IMA JUGGERNAUT will offer a big price and is capable with a trouble-free trip. (6) ALANA'S WAYS looks to have the ability with a good setup.
Race 14
(6) JUST CROWNED picks up a positive driver change down in class. (3) BUBBIE BOY will be used very aggressively against softer. (5) HILLBILLY HANOVER is very inconsistent from week to week. A good effort puts the pacer in the mix.
Race 15
(6) DOYOUFEELLUCKYPUNK was tremendous last week drawing off in a lifetime best. (7) MAGIC MVP had no excuse last week getting picked off late; short price. (1) GO GO GEORGE owns good gate speed starting from the best post.
