Jeremey’s $1 Pick Four Play:
1 with 3 with 1,2,5,6 with ALL =$36
Race 1
(3) BUZZEN GARLAND will look to drop and pop down in class. (2) NORTHERN SPARK picks up the top driver and owns the fastest win on the year. (1) UP FRONT CORBIN had some sneaky late trot last week.
Race 2
(7) FLYIN ORION had a tough trip last week against a better bunch. (2) MUSTANG TOM just missed last out at this level; fires early. (1) VELOCITY U BET should be much closer turning for home this week from the rail.
Race 3
In a wide open and evenly matched race, (2) SNEAKY SAM will offer a fair price and shows a win at this level. (3) SBD INDIE ROCK is very inconsistent from week to week. The 4-year-old keeps the top driver and is capable. (1) TIMELESS UTAH gets the best post but doesn’t own a ton of gate speed and shows some miscues.
Race 4
In a really weak field, (3) GETONMYBIKENRIDE put in a good showing last week from a very tough starting spot. (1) ALISHA’S BIG STAR hit the board against a slightly better group last out. (5) GORGEOUS ALL OVER adds second time Lasix for a capable barn.
Race 5
(5) LATTE JO shows a good burst off the gate. (8) GRAMMY BLUEGRASS is a lightly raced 4-year-old that flashed some ability two back. (9) SONG OF THE WEST is one of the faster trotters in the race but gets sent out for a provisional pilot.
Race 6
(8) TASSIES LITTLE ART will need to find a way into the race, but has been competitive against much tougher on the year. (2) CONNOR HANOVER raced well at this level last start; short price. (1) MAYNARD B, despite being 0-for the year, should be in a decent spot turning for home.
Race 7
In a very tough race to handicap, (6) CONWAY CHEERS can score at a price if he minds his manners. (2) LITTLE BIG RIGS owns multiple wins over the track. (5) HARLAND is a threat but gets sent out for a low percentage pilot.
Race 8
(1) FAITH PREVAILS should make quick work of this bunch with a good effort; short price. (9) HULA SHUFFLE raced gamely last start going wire to wire. (3) GRANDROSA didn’t miss by much to the top choice two back.
Race 9
(3) CREAMPUFF MACDADDY is a veteran trotter that scored a confidence-boosting win down in class last week. (1) SCREAMIN DREAMIN should be in line for a nice trip up close. (2) CHAD hasn’t raced in almost three months; use underneath.
Race 10
(6) MAYFIELD HANOVER raced well against better last start. (5) DJ LANCE hasn’t scored a win at this level on the year and looks to offer low value; use caution. (1) MOTOR CITY YANKEE picks up a huge driver change with the best post.
Race 11
(2) GOOD WIN EARL was flying late last week from a tough spot; big chance. (5) HIGH AND TIGHT owns only one win on the year but is fast enough with a good setup. (9) UBETTERUBETTERUBET should get a fast pace to close into; fires late.
Race 12
(2) ONLY CAVIAR’S raced gamely at this level last week; threat. (1) HAPPY AND HEALTHY gets the best starting post in a field full of question marks. (7) FLUXCAPACITOR KIDD has a decent record of hitting the board on the year.
Race 13
(2) BOURBON AND BARLEY has bankrolled 200k while only winning once. The 3-year-old takes a huge drop down in competition. (4) SIMPLY AWESOME is likely the only threat to the top choice getting sent out for a top barn. (3) DANGEROUS WOMAN has been improved since the barn change but is best used underneath.
Race 14
In another weak and inconsistent field, (2) MUSCLEHEAD ANDY has been close with this bunch and just needs some racing luck to threaten. (1) TRILLIONAIR had no excuse last week off reasonable fractions but does add first time Lasix. (5) GORGEOUS PACIFIC looks good on paper but has yet to win in 12 lifetime starts.
Race 15
(2) CHEYENNE MOISHE should be much sharper second start back off the layoff while dropping in class. (4) SASSY OSBORNE has some question marks coming off a scratch and a month off; command a price. (3) BO KNOWS TO WIN raced huge last week while just missing from way back.
