Diane Wise Aunt Laura gave Brett Miller and Virgil Morgan Jr. one of their Ohio Sires Stakes wins on Saturday

In addition to winning the Battle of Lake Erie, Brett Miller registered a driving triple in $65,000 Ohio Sires Stakes action for 3-year-olds on Saturday night at MGM Northfield Park, as did Virgil Morgan Jr. on the training side.

Miller and Morgan Jr. teamed up to collect victories with trotting filly Aunt Laura (by Uncle Peter and bred by owners Dick and Joyce McClelland, 1:54) and pacing filly Odds On Hialeah (by Lather Up and bred by Odds On Nourrir, 1:51 2/5) for co-owners Let It Ride Stables Inc. and Odds On Racing.

Miller's third win came with Long Tom gelding Lt Loverboy, a Midland Acres-bred, in 1:52 4/5 for trainer Daren Harvey and owners Wayne Mast Jr. and Callam Racing LLC., while Morgan Jr. completed his hat trick with Odds On Chesapeake (by Downbytheseaside and bred by Odds On Nourrir, 1:50) with Dan Noble at the controls for owner Odds On Racing.

In addition to that success with Odds On Chesapeake, Noble also found the winner's circle with trotting filly Jailhouse Pearl (by Long Tom and bred by owner Casey Clemens, 1:54 4/5) for trainer Eric Nesselroad.
