No Means Maybe wires at Fairplex

Brad Free|Sep 14, 2007
The ambiguously named No Means Maybe left no doubt Thursday at Fairplex Park, where she rolled to a convincing 2 1/2-length win in the $63,050 Bustles and Bows Stakes for 2-year-old fillies. Isaias Enriquez rode No Means Maybe, an Old Topper filly, for trainer Doug O'Neill and owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds.

No Means Maybe ($6) set the pace and extended her margin late to defeat Lauren C. The maiden Harlan's Song was third, and the 8-5 favorite, Elsie Jo, faltered and finished last of six. It was the third win for No Means Maybe, who validated her Del Mar Polytrack form by winning the 6 1/2-furlong dirt race in 1:18.35.
