Mound by a neck in Radosevich Memorial

Mound dueled from start to finish and prevailed by a neck in the $50,000 Joshua Radosevich Memorial at Mahoning Valley on Saturday.

Trained by Ivan Vazquez and ridden by Meghan Fadlovich, Mound won his fourth consecutive race and likely will be voted Ohio 2-year-old colt of the year.

He's Taken chased the winner and at one point was on even terms in the stretch but was unable to get by the tenacious Mound. Blazing Charcoal was 6 1/4 lengths back in third. The running time over the fast track was 1.16.74 for six furlongs, and Mound returned $3.60 to win.
