Race 1
(6) P L KETCHUP may have been a winner last week if not interfered with in the lane. I'll stick with him here. (3) KUIL DEVA keeps coming close and this isn't a tough spot. I think you have to use her in the Pick 5 here. (8) SON OF ZEUS was a powerful winner of his only qualifier and he may take catching here. (2) MORE THAN TALK can follow along and take a small share here.
Race 2
(2) CASIMIR LOW GEAR could get a soft trip up front here. I'll give him a slight nod in a race where I do not have a strong opinion. (1) PLAY IT AGAIN SAM looks like one of the ones on paper, but he is quickly turning into a money burner; your call. (3) GOT A MEETING is in solid form racing out of town and he seems to fit well here; using. (8) CHARMBO ORBIT keeps drawing outside but one of these times he will blast from there and surprise everybody.
Race 3
(2) MISTER KEARNS got a clean line last time so I have a feeling he will be put into this race earlier. This isn't a tough spot, either. (6) MAGICAL LADY has raced well in Grassroots races and she appears to be the one to beat. (1) JOEY BATS has been facing the toughest company, but it's hard for me to take a low price on a driver that is an infrequent winner on this circuit. (4) CASCADA is worth a look off a decent qualifier.
Race 4
(4) BEACH GODDESS broke when on the move last time which is a bit concerning, but, I'll take her to bounce back here, likely at a better price. (8) SNAPPY DRESSER should get moving earlier this time, which gives her a chance to get past them all late. (10) CLOUD DIVA comes off a sharp win; using despite her post. (5) TALBOT CHANEL is another coming off a sharp trip that has a chance in a field that looks full of contenders.
Race 5
(8) ITS HUW YOU KNOW showed good early speed vs. better in his comeback race last week. He could go a lot farther here on the lead with that race under his belt and now facing easier. (1) SMOKE MONKEY also drops and he should be heard from here starting from the inside. (10) SAFEKEEPING is another class-dropper to consider here. She's not out of this even starting from out there and this race should be at least a second slower than her most recent try. (6) DOMITIAN HALL can take a share racing from close range.
Race 6
(3) DOWN ON MY LUCK finished full of pace last week, but the winner was long gone. He has a decent shot here moving inside. (2) TRISUN is another that should benefit from moving inside several posts and he should get a good stalking spot early. (9) ROCKIN RONNIE was hard-used early last time and he still hung in there for a share. He is a contender here. (6) OFORPETESAKE usually finishes on the fringes. He can take a small slice here.
Race 7
(6) DEEP IMPACT raced very well last week and he was only nailed late by a rival that tripped out on his cover. He's the one to beat here. (2) SKY LAV has raced well twice straight on Lasix and she will be heard from in this mile; using. (7) ADVERSITY fires home quickly every week. If the pace collapses late, he'll roll by all of them. (8) MANOFMANYIMAGES is worth a look on the class drop, but I wonder if he will be overbet in this spot.
Race 8
(3) WHOZYOMAMA did well to finish 3rd last time considering her brutal uncovered trip. A slightly better journey gets it done here. (5) RENDEZVOUS HANOVER couldn't close into an accelerating late pace last week, but she fits here and she could take this at a square price. (6) PRETTY ANGEL EYES is worth a look coming off a break. This is a good spot for her. (8) JAYDA NICOLE - a $20K Lexington buy - could hit the board at first asking here; consider for the exotics.
Race 9
(6) BLAMEITONTHEWHISKY comes off a solid try vs. OSS Gold company and this is a good spot for him to take his second win of the year; slight nod. (7) NORTHERN MAJOR also exits OSS Gold company and he has been showing improvement in the Moreau barn; using. (5) ALPHA SEELSTER is worth a look adding Lasix and coming off a decent qualifier. (2) BURLINGTON is in great from and he is another to consider in a fairly wide-open race.
Race 10
(9) BERNADETTE raced tough in this class last week and was only overtaken late by the tripped-out pocket-sitter who was also the class-dropping second choice. A similar effort can get the job done here. (2) MEA LILLEY MARK was well back of the choice, but moving inside gives her a chance at a price. (1) REGAL LUCK is another that finished behind the choice who is in with a shot here starting from the inside. This one may get sent hard early to secure the pocket. (4) BLACK WIDOW BABY and (3) LEGAL PROCESS are both worth a look for the bottom rungs of the tri, super and high-5.
