Race 1
(6) CRUISING IN STYLE trotted his fastest mile yet in the Wellwood Final, yet still wasn't close to getting a check. He should be tough here facing easier. (1) ALLOVERAGAIN similarly couldn't go with the best fillies in the Peaceful Way final, but she is in with a decent chance here. (3) U S MARSHALL should be heard from early here if he doesn't have any gait issues. (2) MISS JUBILEE HILL - a homebred - is worth a look going for connections that excel with youngsters.
Race 2
(7) TOPVILLE CHROME is the sharpest horse in this field and Roy has been white-hot recently; top call. (1) SOUTHWIND GRIZZLY is seemingly in a good spot here, but he has already failed as chalk a couple of times; mixed feelings on him from me. (5) SCOUTS REPORT was sharp in defeat to the choice last time. He can make the ticket here. (3) ARTIFACT HANOVER had some late pace to offer last time when he faced better. He isn't out of this.
Race 3
(8) BLOOD MOON improved sharply last time and he finds a good spot here; top call. (7) UPVOTE HANOVER would be right there if he could stay flat and replicate his Grassroots performance from two starts back. (3) PERFECT LADY is always on the fringes, it seems. Use her underneath.
Race 4
(2) EASY THREE was buried turning for home last week and it took her too long to get clearance for her to get up in time, but she was flying at the wire. (8) DELANEY R faces much easier here, but she has also missed some time. Watch taking too low a price on her here. (4) FOR THE RECORD lasted longer than ever before last time and she might be worth a stab here at a price. (6) MITTANY NICOLE can rally for a slice in this field.
Race 5
(1) PLAY IT AGAIN SAM got too far back and started up too late last week. Look for a more aggressive steer this time. (7) SKY GUY gets McNair back and notice that two starts back from this post he left hard and he was only shaded by the choice late; using. (5) OUTLAW GUNPOWDER has been sharper in his past couple of starts and he will likely pop soon. (9) CHARMBO ORBIT gets saddled with another outside post here which likely means he will get another small share.
Race 6
(3) LADY JUSTICE trotted a big first-over mile last time to fall just short to a big favorite. She can take this with a reasonable trip. (5) TAMMY JO is 0 for 14, but she comes off her best effort to date and she is worth a look here. (6) STORMONT ROYALTY - 0 for 17 - likely finishes on the edges again. (1) MR HOUDIN is another riding a 17-race winless streak who likely takes a small share.
Race 7
(2) ARTISTIC CHOICE had a race over the track in a quick mile where he was too far back. He could improve sharply here at a price. (1) SUP HANOVER is a full-brother to 9-time winner Shinobu Hanover, who took a mark of 1:53 1/5 over Yonkers. This colt looks prepped for a good debut effort. (3) JAYDENS PLACE keeps coming close and he'll get there one of these times, but what price would you take on him with an 0 for 21 record? (8) JACK OF CLUBS succumbed to heavy pressure last time. He could go farther on the lead vs. these.
Race 8
(5) FONDUE was absolutely flying late last time and just missed. If she gets rolling earlier here, she should take these. (7) ITS HALLRIGHT was no match for a strong winner who was taking his second straight easy win but that was a good effort. She figures here. (3) WESTMONT and (4) I JASMIN are both pace threats that can stick around and make the Super ticket.
Race 9
(6) THE ERM rode a soft pace to victory last week, but these aren't much tougher and she could get another good trip here; nod. (5) DUNBAR HALL couldn't catch the choice, but he rallied well into a fast last 1/4 and he is a big threat here. (3) ANOTHER CHAPTER qualified well and he has been in some big races this year. He would be no big surprise here. (8) SO NOT COOL can rally for a slice at a good price here.
Race 10
(8) EVERY TIME has turned it around in her last three starts and if she can get rolling earlier this time, she could do here. (4) NO PANIC is solid in this class and likely to go off a deserving favorite here. (1) MARVALOUS JET can be right there vs. these - especially if she can find a live helmet to follow this time. (2) P L JASMINE adds Lasix here and she will be a speed threat. (7) THATGIRLISONFIRE should be rallying for a smaller share again.
