ROYAL CANVAS (CLM8000) was parked with cover from the get-go, went wide in the turn and closed gamely.

ST LADS LOTTO (NW2500) lukewarm beaten favorite trailed to the lane and finished best of all but had too far to come.

Friday, November 4

PENNIES FROM ABOVE (NW2) was third over and not gaining when his eyes lit up and started a fire under his butt as the favorite broke. Beaten favorite finished too well to ignore in last.

IMSPORTY (CLMHCP15/20000/3YO) had far to come as the winner got away but the beaten favorite was moving well at the end.

MS MAC N CHEESE (NW15000FM) took the lead, yielded, got a shuffle, lost some ground as the leaders battled, tipped at the third call and was all out in game rally but missed a neck.

P L HURRICANE (NW6000FM) put in a dead game front stepping win in last on a night when speed was giving getting nailed and earns some respect in next.

BRING E DIAMONDS (NW4FM) had the pocket but pacing room was at a premium.

Saturday, November 5

YOURE MAJESTIC (NW13000) sat in to the lane, angled out and closed strong.

PERFECT VISTA (NW5) lost cover and rallied gamely, challenged to the last steps but the pacesetting odds-on favorite refused to give in.

MAJOR MUSCLE (NW4FM) brushed to the lead passing the half, set a good clip and dug in gamely at 7-1 but the well bet second choice was a step better from the pocket.

EASY LOVER HANOVER (NW24500) rallied strongly uncovered and came a long way in the process to win going away.
