MYSTICAL MISSION (NW1) rushed up strong uncovered to take the lead, opened up a bit was outkicked in the late stages. Same move wins most races.
LADY ELLA (2YOF)M wired the field impressively and should have many more wins in her future.
OAK ISLAND (OntSS) made a huge rally from the moon to win going away in last and will be heard from again.
Friday, June 23
NOTABADGAME (2YO) came uncovered at 33-1 to challenge and battle to the wire but came up a few steps short.
TRUMP THAT (2YO) went to the top, yielded for the pocket, sat the trip and proved best at odds-on.
REQUEST FOR PAROLE (NW16000FM) was off slow from the pole but finished wide and fastest of all.
HEX (NW3000FM) tucked early, pulled uncovered to the half, battled with the pacesetting favorite and tired. Should improve and gain a win soon.
Saturday, June 24
DREAMY FELLA (NW6000) was off slow, found stride to the half, rallied and was forced wide in the final turn, closed strongly, took a short lead, battled but was outkicked at 39-1. The moved wins most races.
FANCOURT (NW4) left and challenged, had to take the pocket or commit suicide, sat antsy to the late, tipped, battled to take the lead but was unable to hold. Should be even better in next.
WHATASHOWINONTARIO (NW6) roared home from the most impossible of spots to win going away and will surely win some more this summer.
EASY LOVER HANOVER (NW20000) was an impressive wire to window winner in last and will be hard to beat in next race or two.
Monday, June 26
STENHOUSE HANOVER (NW2) broke before and after the start, got it together but was far back, began a steady rally and finished well but had lost way to much ground.
SNAPPY DRESSER (NW1FM) stunned her foes with huge rally from an impossible spot. Winning favorite will find some more wins soon.
P L IDAHO (NW2500) went down the road and was much the best.
STONEBRIDGE SUNDAE (NW2FM) lost the odds-on winner's cover but continued gamely and battled to the last steps.
Tuesday, June 27
MAROMA BEACH (NW2) beaten favorite was on the rail near the back heading into the stretch, had no room as foes were converging on the tiring speed. Totally blocked in all directions but appeared to be able to make a solid rally. Should atone in quick order.
DOMITIAN HALL (NW4000) went to the lead and was unable to hold sway on a night when speed was giving it up. Should be tougher over a more favorable track.
HARPER BLUE CHIP (NW8000) beaten favorite came from far, far back and ran out of track.
R FIRST CLASS (OntSS) rushed to the lead rushed to the lead, set the pace under constant pressure and was the one who cried "uncle" giving way mid lane. Beaten favorite may have an easier time of it over a speed favoring track so do not ignore.
LUCKY SPORT (2YO) brush to the lead by the half, got away and was given some reminders early stretch while winning with authority.
