BAGS FOR ALL (NW27000) went down the road in good order and looms as probable repeat winner.

SOUTHWIND SHANIA (OntS) closed well from the back of the pack. Coleman trainee should nail a win soon.

GOOD WILL HANOVER (NW7000/2YOF) sat to the turn, came uncovered and won going away.

HLDONTGHTTOURDRMS (NW9000) wired the field and should stay sharp for a while.

ABSOLUTELY OFFICIAL (NW2) tucked early, pulled to the half, brushed to the lead, held well for second as the favorite powered by in the late stages.

Tuesday, August 18

WAZZUP WAZZUP (NW4100) beaten favorite needed last after a short rest and should be tighter in next.

WHO DEY (CLM8/10000) was well bet in last but had a 4th over trip with no shot as the field headed home. Needs to be closer when it counts to get closer when it counts.

HAPE (OntS) had too far to come but finished well missing by a couple of noses.

NOCTURNAL BLUECHIP (NW1/2YO) made a powerful brush in the final turn to take command and draw off. Should be very tough if he can duplicate that move.

Thursday, August 20

MINI HER (2YOF) was racey early, could not be held early, settled a bit, rallied late only to be taken down for early interference. Once she gets used to racing she should get it done.

VEGAS ROCKS (NW2) tucked early, settled and brushed to command, set a good clip and held with authority in quick mile.

WICHITA JAZZ (NW1/2-3YO) closed well for second best and earns look in next race or two.

SPORTS VISION (CLM15000) was in the pocket going to the third panel, lost it, searched for room early stretch, slid out, angled clear, rallied gamely but had to be steadied a couple of times as he ran in. Keeping him straight could be all it takes to get him home.

BLACK WIDOW BABY (NW1/3YOF) won from far back in last unleashing a wicked late rush on a night when the frond end was golden.

Friday, August 21

AMERICAN IN PARIS (NW14000FM) left, tucked, tipped, brushed and crushed both her foes and the variant. She has to be respected in next and will be hard to beat.

ACT NOW (NW14000FM) closed well from far back chasing the top one home and should not be overlooked.

MARLEE B (NW14000FM) also closed well and from even further back in same race. Cannot and should not be ignored.

LOOKSLIKEACHPNDALE (NW2) was parked a long way to the lead and never looked back. Odds-on favorite did disappoint and earns another look facing better.

Saturday, August 22

BURNING SHORE (NW7500) won going away and can beat better.

MILEYS BIG WORLD (NW6000FM) yielded,retook and won with authority in quick mile. Barn and horse are ever ready. Do not ignore either.

CAL CHIPS BROTHER (NW4000) had to go wide in the final turn, closed well but had much too far to come.

CANTABS FORTUNE (NW4000) sat last, rallied when into the lane. Has enough late kick to always be a threat and the odds will not matter so keep him in your thoughts.
