TWO SIDES OF LOVE (NW1FM) was second best on the track and on the board in good front-stepping effort losing to the pocket sitting odds-on favorite.
J J MYSTIC STORM (CLM10000) close too late from far back in last and earns a look in next.
ROSELILY (NW2FM) wired the field in last and should be able to take another.
SOUTHWIND SAVAGE (NW1) was savaged on the front end in latest getting stern pressure from two foes before tiring.
Friday, April 14
SPORTS LIGHTNING (NW2500) brushed early, took the lead and never looked back.
LADY CRAZY (NW3FM) pulled past the quarter, rushed up uncovered, challenged the pacesetting favorite to the stretch and tired. Should get the kinks worked out soon.
GRANA PADANNO (NW8000) finished full of trot from third over but it was a few steps too late. Beaten favorite should atone quickly.
LMC MASS OAK (NW4000) had too far to come but put in quite the stretch effort.
Saturday, April 15
MIGHTY NICKY (NW3) tucked to the quarter, pulled to the half, rallied all out, kept coming and just missed the tired winner. Beaten favorite should atone.
MAJOR HILL (NW6) tucked early, pulled to the half, challenged to the lane, dug in but tired.
CHIEF TALKALOT (NW4700) finished strong from a very distant 4th over and earns a long look in next race or two.
REGAL LUCK (NW1000-FM) tucked, sat pocket, pulled in the final turn as the speed began to falter and chased the winner home 2nd best at 27-1.
THEY CALL ME GORDY (NW6000) rushed to the top, set a hard pressed pace, refused to give in but was nippped late by the pocket-sitting tripped-out winner.
Monday, April 17
WESMONT (NW1) was buried in traffic through the lane and never had a chance.
LAWRENCETOWN BEACH (NW1) was far back when starting his move and had a ton of pace but the tripped-out favorite managed to last for the win.
LADY CATERINA (NW4) was locked in the pocket and shuffled back behind quitting speed, managed to clear heading home and gobbled up ground to nail the favorite.
A COOL CARD (NW2500) won impressively on the front end and should be tough to beat in next.
