Race 1
(2) JEWELONTHEBEACH N had little chance last time racing first up into a back 1/2 that was more than three seconds faster than the first one. She has a much better shot here racing near the front. (7) JUMP JIVE AND JAM is developing a nice late kick. She could get motivated earlier here, which gives her a chance. (8) DANCING SHADOWS K is one of five sophomore sires stakes fillies racing in a non-winners race which makes this dash very tricky. She can take a share, though. (4) MANHATTAN PLAY could compete with these if she gets put into the race, but intent is hard to gauge here.
Race 2
(2) SMOKE AND MIRRORS improved sharply in his second start to take an OSS Gold purse. She looks solid here if she gets driven in a similarly aggressive fashion. (1) KADABRA QUEEN is sure-gaited and consistent; using. (7) MISS MIMI had a tough trip last time. She can be much closer here with a better journey. (10) ZORGIWIJK SOPHIA raced better with Filion driving last time and he returns here; consider for exotics.
Race 3
(8) BABES DIG ME had good late speed in his lone start at The Meadowlands. He should make an impact right away here. (10) PHIL THE THRILL took all the money in his debut and he delivered as expected. He should be tough right back, even with starting from out there. (3) BETTOR BB gets Roy here and he could get a more aggressive steer and avoid being shuffled this time; using. (6) ALBERGO HANOVER exits the fastest two-year-old race this season. He's worth a look here.
Race 4
(2) MCSINNER MAN raced well last time in his second start in a claimer and first try for trainer Auciello. I'll give him the nod here. (3) ROCKIN RONNIE went a very long trip which cost him late last time. He has a decent shot here moving inside. (6) CAM ENGINE is worth a look as one of few in here that show recent gate speed. (4) OFORPETESAKE is another that can leave hard who should be near the front most of the way here.
Race 5
(1) WANDA BAYAMA was live as expected last week, but she was left with too much to do late. I'll stick with her here moving inside several posts. (6) ARTISTIC MADISON has improved her late speed in the past two starts and she drops a level here. She is useable. (4) CRACKLIN ROSIE is worth a look debuting for trainer Waxman and adding Lasix. (10) SHUTTHEFRONTDOOR ships in off two impressive miles at Tioga, but she will likely be last early here. Small share predicted.
Race 6
(6) WINTER SWEET FROST drops, switches barns and adds Lasix. I'll bite. (10) HILL YES is the obvious one to beat despite drawing way outside. (3) LITERALLY races best when she saves her kick for the last 1/4. She has a shot in here. (7) SVENSSON moves to Henriksen's barn but he has missed over a month; mixed signals.
Race 7
(2) SPORTS LEGEND draws inside of several speedy types and he could get the best trip here in a race which is basically a guessing game when OSS Gold colts are racing for $15K. (8) GOTH HANOVER got picked off after pacing a 55 3/5 middle 1/2 last time. He should be right there here. (9) JIMMY FREIGHT - the Iowan Wonder - stepped up and won an OSS Gold event in his local debut with a gutsy effort. Don't dismiss him lightly. (4) SHADOW MOON has done nothing wrong so far. He is another that merits Late Pick 4 consideration.
Race 8
(5) BEDROOMCONFESIONS steps into the top class as sharp as a tack and I'll give her the nod as the likely 2nd or 3rd choice here. (4) WRANGLER MAGIC is obviously the one to knock off, having won three straight Mares Preferreds. (3) SANDBETWEENURTOES is consistent and always dangerous. (2) REQUEST FOR PAROLE never misses a check and is a threat to make the exacta passing some contenders late.
Race 9
(8) FIRESTORM - a $100K Lexington sale buy - has qualified faster than most of these race for purses. I'll take a stand and single her in the late Pick 4. (2) SO BANANAS should improve with the move inside here; exacta factor. (1) PRINCESS JEWELS was much more aggressive in her second start to win easily at a big price. She is a contender here. (3) TWIN B HALO looks best of the rest; toss her in Supers.
Race 10
(2) COLLECTIVE WISDOM drops into a claimer for the first time which is the angle I will go with in a race that is a head-scratcher. (9) LUXURY VACATION won at a price last time she raced in this class; beware. (8) MACH MAJORETTE got a good trip to win last week, but she rates highly in this suspect field. (1) BAD AT REDHOT can come late to take a slice here. (4) ANNACLOY makes her third start in claimers here and she could improve.
