Race 1

(1) LOVE TO ROLL is an infrequent winner, but he stacks up well in this field and he should be able to work out a reasonable trip; slight nod. (3) MEA LILLEY MARK should get a good trip near the front. This is the type that can trip-out and then slip up the inside late to win; using. (4) SHADYS M THREE gets a better post to work from here. She can make the ticket at a price starting from there. (9) KAYS SHADOW steps up off a solid win and she had an impossible trip two back when racing at a similar level. She has some upset possibilities here.

Race 2

(9) CAPRICE HILL qualified faster than most of these race for purses and she gets McNair to kick off her campaign. She should beat this with a reasonable trip. (1) EMOTICON HANOVER was no match for Hannelore Hanover last time, but she is in the mix here; using. (3) BATOUTAHILL was too far back last time, but she can make the ticket here if she is a bit closer at the 3/4 pole. (4) RENEGADE MAGIC is having a good season so far and she is another that can come on late to make the ticket.

Race 3

(6) LAY LADY LAY had a tough task in London, trying to win first-up when front end speed was dominant all night. She did race well and I’ll give her the nod here in a race where she fits nicely. (3) STYLISH BEACHWHERE came to hand quickly to just miss in her second start. She has the look of a top contender. (7) DAWN SHOOTER almost got up late after taking a shuffle last time. She has raced very well since being claimed for only $6,500 on April 25 and she is hard to leave out. (9) SELLING THE DREAM comes off an impressive win at London where she circled the field at will. She was excellent here last year, but she is likely to be last early, which probably relegates her to a smaller share.

Race 4

(8) AL MAR GOT A FEVER comes off two phenomenal miles at The Meadows – notice the 26 flat third 1/4 two races back – and she gets an aggressive driver. Look for a big third 1/4 move here to take control of the race. (2) AMERICAN SARA has only missed the exacta once and she can race effectively from anywhere. She is the main danger. (5) HAPPY HANNAH can race much better than she showed in her season opener; consider for exotics. (7) WINDSONGMAGNIFIQUE is worth a look off the Auciello claim, but she stopped in a race she should have won easily last week. I have mixed feelings on her.

Race 5

(2) MCSINNER MAN took a ton of support last week despite missing four weeks, then he flew late to get up in time. He may be even sharper now; call to repeat. (7) WESTERN HILL gets a switch to McNair here which likely means a more aggressive steer is coming; using in multi-race tickets. (5) WINDSUN GOTHAM just failed to hold off the choice last time. He is an obvious threat racing from close range. (4) BET ON BRETT improved last time when racing against the choice. He should be able to make the ticket here.

Race 6

(5) CATCH THE DREAM is somewhat trip dependent, but dropping another level, he should be tough here. Perhaps Hudon moves him earlier this time. (9) STREAMSONG raced tough on the rim but was caught by a classy returnee despite trotting a quick final 1/4. He is worth including here and he could be a square price. (6) TRUE BLUE STRIDE was closing well at the end last week, but the trip was all wrong and it was impossible for him to get any closer considering the fractions that were cut. He has a decent shot in here. (1) YOURE MAJESTIC is a threat if she stays trotting this time.

Race 7

(4) LYONS RIVER PRIDE went too fast early last time and she paid the price, but she does get to drop again and she should beat these; no excuses. (6) HOT SPOT HANOVER gets a much better post here and she could crash the exotics at a big price this time by laying closer early. (5) OUR HOT MAJORETTE has yet to win this year, but she has taken several shares and her last start from the 10-hole was very good. Toss her in Tri and Super bets. (7) MCCOVEY COVE N comes off a sharp win but these are tougher; small share predicted.

Race 8

(6) MAJOR ATHENS is the ‘now’ horse in this class and working from a good post here I will give him the call to repeat. (4) WHISKEY TAX should go better with one start under his belt and he would be more dangerous if he sat in the choice’s pocket here. (7) WINDSUN REVENGE missed a week, but he is obviously capable at this level and he could bring a good price. (9) LOOKSLIKEACHPNDALE figures to close late for a minor award again starting from out there.

Race 9

(1) DREAMY FELLA closed well from an impossible spot last time and now he moves up a level. If he is live, it will show on the tote board; top call. (4) DOVUTO HANOVER goes for Auciello off the claim, which always merits a look. He will take plenty of support here; deservedly so. (9) PAR INTENDED also goes for a high percentage barn off the claim and he must be considered. (3) LISVINNIE raced well at this level last time. He is another in with a decent chance in a contentious dash.

Race 10

(1) BEDROOMCONFESSIONS should be tighter after trying it first-up into the teeth of a 54 3/5 back half last week. Her form can turn dramatically here with a better trip. (3) P L HURRICANE paced her own back half in 52 3/5 in the same race. She is better racing near the front. Expect her to leave this time. (2) REQUEST FOR PAROLE rarely misses a check and she should share here. (4) SANDBETWEENURTOES stopped off a soft first half last time. The public is likely to forgive one clunker and make her the chalk again. I will play to beat her off that effort.

Race 11

(4) WIGGLE IT J drops back to a level where she should be very tough following a close second in the top class. (2) WITCH DALI returns in a class where she should be competitive right away; using. (1) PRETTY HOT has been on fire for a few weeks. She’ s hard to leave out and she should get a decent trip here. (5) FOREVER LIZA started her move too late last week. She can capitalize if there is any battling up front. (3) SHEZAREALDEAL is another that should get a good trip racing in the top flight. She can make the High 5 ticket.
