Race 1
(6) ITS HALLRIGHT raced very tough last time, only to be nailed very late by the pocket-sitter. She should be hard to beat here. (1) MUSCLE HIGH comes off a sharp win where he was strong racing first up in the back half; using. (5) DREAM MASSIVE is only 1 for 16 this year, but his last effort in a sires stake puts him in the picture here. (4) MONEY MISSION is a good one to use underneath here.
Race 2
(8) THISGIRLISONFIRE withstood early pressure to win last week. She could be good for another off that sharp effort. (4) MARVALOUS JET stayed game despite not being able to get past the choice. She could turn the tables here with a better trip. (6) NURSE MOLLY gets McNair back for a second drive and she is worth a look at a price here. (3) RINGING OFF THE BELL can close for a smaller share again.
Race 3
(4) HILL OF A COLT comes off a new life's mark here as does the razor-sharp (5) JANGONE. Slight nod to the former based on that fast mile. (3) SEVEN AND SEVEN is classy and fits here. He isn't out of this. (1) PINK PISTOL is sharp, but he likely finds some of these too good; small share predicted.
Race 4
(3) WANDA BAYAMA should get aggressive here on the multiple-level class drop; top call. (9) RIDE AWAY SHARK also drops and she could get overlooked here starting from the outside, but she is in with a shot. (6) MS MAC N CHEESE - another class dropper - has been win shy for a while and she will likely get over bet here. (7) JUMP JIVE AND JAM has some sneaky good form and wouldn't be a bad stab here as she should get overlooked.
Race 5
(9) MAJESTIC KAT raced decently in an OSS Gold most recently and she can take this if her driver decides to leave a bit here. (2) CRYSTAL GUMDROP is better than she showed in the Grassroots final. Perhaps the inside post will help here. (6) JILONA should be one of the top contenders here if she can stay on stride. (8) STELLAS BOY has won half his starts this year and he was a sharp winner here in his only try. He is another to consider for multi-race tickets.
Race 6
(1) MATTJESTIC TEMPO fired a big one off a break, but the early pace was too fast and she was nailed. I'll single her in this spot expecting a slightly easier trip. (2) WAR FILLY is capable vs. these and she could be a good price; exacta factor. (5) KAYS SHADOW was well back of the choice last time, but she could improve off that comeback effort. She should hit the ticket. (8) MISS COCO LUCK got hung out to dry last week. Look for her to adopt a closing approach this time for a small share.
Race 7
(1) HEELS ON THE BEACH moves inside ad she should get put into this race earlier; top call. (3) KIWI FOCUS drops a level and she should be prominent on or near the lead for a long time here. (8) GIA DIAMOND steps up off a blowout win, but she's never been better; using. (5) SHEZAREALDEAL can close for a slice late.
Race 8
(5) SHES LIGHTS OUT took a new life's mark last time, beating a filly who came back to win easily on Tuesday night; call to repeat. (3) JEWELONTHEBEACH N was an impressive winner on a very windy night and her final 1/4 was affected by the strong headwind; using. (1) SHEWERASTHEPANTS has been solid all year when racing in her own age group. These are tougher. (2) THEWAYYOULOOKTONIGHT is a speed threat, but I suspect she won't last all the way here.
Race 9
(1) WITCH DALI and (4) SANDBETWEENURTOES both face much easier here and they will likely duke it out for the win. Slight nod to the former who may have a recency edge. (3) EXHILARATED is on a roll, but it's doubtful that she will beat both of the top two here. (5) OBVIOUS BLUE CHIP is having a great year vs. sophomores and she could slide onto the bottom of the tri or super here.
Race 10
(8) ST JAMES GATE was moved too late last time on night where weather worked against closers. I'll give him another chance here, hopefully at a square price. (1) NORTHERN STORMONT should improve on the class drop as should (5) P L JERICO. Both were winners last time they raced in this class. (4) CABERTOSS gets McNair back for a second drive and notice how he moved him up last time. (2) SETANTA can close late for a slice.
