Five-time stakes winner Mo Forza will be ready for his 2021 debut in the Grade 2 Del Mar Mile on Aug. 21, trainer Peter Miller said over the weekend. Mo Forza has not raced since winning the Grade 2 City of Hope Mile at Santa Anita last October. He tends to runs well fresh.” Miller said leading rider Flavien Prat will ride Mo Forza in the Del Mar Mile. Miller also plans to start Neptune’s Storm in the $300,000 Del Mar Mile. Neptune’s Storm won the restricted Wickerr Stakes at a mile on turf on July 18 at Del Mar under Prat. Juan Hernandez will ride Neptune’s Storm in the Del Mar Mile, according to Miller.
