Miss Behaviour works at Laurel for Raven Run

Miss Behaviour on Friday completed her serious preparations for next weekend’s Grade 2 Raven Run at Keeneland by working five furlongs in 1:01.60 at her home base of Laurel Park.
“It was just a nice, easy maintenance work,” said trainer Phil Schoenthal.
Miss Behaviour is coming off an easy 9 3/4-length victory in the Grade 3, $500,000 Charles Town Oaks. In her two prior starts, she finished second in the Grade 1 Test and Grade 2 Prioress at Saratoga.
“The Charles Town win was huge for us,” Schoenthal said. “It has always been important to us for her to be a graded winner at 2 and 3, and hopefully she will be at 4, too.”
Miss Behaviour’s other graded win came in the Grade 2 Matron at Belmont Park in September 2013. Her record stands at 11-5-4-1, with earnings of $790,000.
Schoenthal said he would van Miss Behaviour to Keeneland next Wednesday or Thursday and that Sheldon Russell would ride.
