In discussing the decision to send Midnight Stroll to California for the La Brea, Tonja Terranova, wife of and assistant to trainer John Terranova said: “She came out of the Raven Run real well, it’s the last Grade 1 for 3-year-old fillies, and she’s doing amazing. We’ll take her out there and see if we can get a Grade 1.”

Meanwhile, Terranova said You’re My Girl, who finished fifth in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies, will soon be shipped to Tampa Bay Downs, where John Terranova has a string again this winter.

Tonja Terranova said You’re My Girl got about a month off at Kesmarc Equine in Kentucky following the Breeders’ Cup at. Prior to the Breeders’ Cup, You’re My Girl finished second in the Grade 1 Frizette and won a New York-bred maiden race by 14 1/4 lengths.
