The Meadows: Mandatory Super Hi-5 payout set for November 24

Thanksgiving week could bring extra reasons to give thanks for players of the Super Hi-5 at The Meadows. The track has announced that on Tuesday, Nov. 24, the Super Hi-5 will carry a mandatory payout. With the Super Hi-5 jackpot already at $111,462.16, the final pool could be huge, indeed.

Ordinarily, The Meadows offers the Super Hi-5, with a minimum 20-cent wager, on the final race of each live card. However, to assure a large jackpot for the Nov. 24 Super Hi-5, The Meadows will pause the wager until then.

The last time the Super Hi-5 carried a mandatory payout, the pool ultimately grew beyond $300,000. On that occasion, there were multiple winning tickets, assuring that the riches were well spread - and well worth the investment.
