Race 1
(5) ROCKIN PRALINE drops down the class ladder and has no excuses for failure. (2) BEYONCES ROCKN came up a bit flat last time but is capable of doing better from the inside post. (6) FINA PATINA wired slightly lesser last week; threat again.

Race 2
(2) CLASSICHAP gets some serious class relief this week and should get back on the Road to the Hambletonian with a win. (7) EUROBOND came up with a big mile last time and merits some respect. (1A) BAUTISTA showed some ability at age 2 but has developed a breaking problem of late.
Race 3
(6) BUTCHIE BEACH rallied well last time out and gets the narrow call here versus a competitive field. (3) PRINCESS HOLLY N took a shot and failed into a quick final quarter. If she is placed on the engine, watch out! (2) DANCE BLUE won in a slightly lesser class two starts back and fits with this group.
Race 4
(8) IRON MINE BUCKY only needs to stay trotting to best this field, but that is a big IF at this point. (4) KING CAST has early speed and won in this class most recently. (3) MASTER KINGPIN rated and came up second best to #4 last time. He could improve in his second start on Lasix.
Race 5
(3) ANDWIN HANOVER has missed some time but got in a useful qualifier versus much faster foes to tighten him up. This is a soft field and he is as good as any. (5) OUTSIDER drops in claiming price in his second start for this barn. (1) SUPER S YZERMAN has the inside post and plenty of early speed with a relatively aggressive driver.
Race 6
(3) SPIRIT OF TRUTH came up with a lifetime best performance after sitting a good trip last week. From another inside post, why can’t he do it again? (6) YANKEE HEAVEN rallied for second behind the top choice with a strong final quarter. If they mix it up on the engine he could be along late. (1) RING WARRIOR & (1A) INTRIGUED INTENDED form a solid entry that would likely be favored with better post positions.
Race 7
(4) WESTERN JOE finds a great spot where he should be able to take control and perhaps get away with a soft half. (6) HIGHALATOR comes in with great form and can handle some air on the rim. (5) BETTOR’S EDGE is another sharp horse and one that likes this track. With hot weather predicted, if he wins driver Jennifer Lappe could set the record for fastest ever win by a female.
Race 8
(4) MAJOR WAR should be firing off the wings of the gate in this spot and speed tends to hold up when the weather gets warm. (3) SAMS TRIPLE CROWN has been racing well at this level and only needs a smooth trip to menace. (2) CLOUSEAU HANOVER looks like a fit in this spot but has missed four weeks of action.
Race 9
(2) BETTORS GLASS has been dealing with some bad posts while in some cases facing better horses of late. This is an ideal race to get back on track. (1) ROCKET J shows past success here and makes his second start now for a capable barn. (8) DIALAMARA & (10) MIDNIGHT LIGHTNING both figure on paper but have bad posts to overcome.
Race 10
(4) LIVE ON finds a field with a fair amount of early speed and while I’d like this guy better down in class one notch, he could get the job done at a decent price here. (9) BEYOND DELIGHT is one of a few in here that actually seem to belong in this class; post hurts. (3) VANQUISHED N returns to the Meadowlands at a reduced level tonight and is capable. (1) ALWAYS A HOTSHOT comes off a nice effort.
Race 11
(3) SPICEBOMB freefalls to the bottom class and almost has to wake up. Even the 0-for-45 goose egg held by his trainer can’t hold him down here, can it? (2) ROCKIN HANK arrives from Illinois and moves into a high percentage barn; sure to be bet heavy! (10) CROMBIE A rolled down the road last time but is in a new barn now from a tougher post.
Race 12
(2) IDEAL LIFE finds a weak field in one of the lower classes at the track and should produce positive results. (7) INTOVIEW gets class and some post relief for the same barn that sends out #3 in race 11. If that one wins, maybe move this guy up a notch. (1) DAENERYS HANOVER has been racing reasonably well and draws nicely to get good position. (6) GIVEMEYOURHEART has early speed; using underneath.
