The second Platinum flight for the girls went to Madam Cheval, who took command from first-over heading to three-quarters and went on to a 1:55 4/5 trimph for driver Tim Tetrick and trainer Nancy Takter. Trakter also won a Platinum race for the colts and geldings after Gabes Luck led throughout in a 1:55 tally for driver Scott Zeron. American Power capped off the Walner siring sweep in the other colt and gelding trot, as he went two-wide from the pocket before three-quarters and kicked away to a 1:54 3/5 triumph.
