Meadowlands: Horses to watch for April 13-14, 2012

Friday, April 13

HOW ‘BOUT A SMOOCH (NW2-FM) – Was stuck in a bad flow and had to rally from an impossible spot. She finished up willingly.

INTHEBLINKOFANEYE (QUA) – Looks like he was out-kicked on paper but he was never let loose by Andy Miller. He drops right in for a $15,000 tag and will win by open lengths or break.

LONG LIVE ROCK (QUA) – Found a late tuck, waited and finished up with good energy. He’ll make his career debut on Saturday and could be ready.

Saturday, April 14

CC RACY (NW4500) – Won by open lengths and looked to have more in the tank.

GIDDY UP DELIGHT (NW11000) – Was even at the back and gets to drop next week.

Friday, April 6

TIA MARIA HANOVER (NW6500) – Was stuck in a bad spot last on the rail behind a tiring foe, angled out and came on nicely but had to grab up late when blocked just before the wire. Mare still looks sharp and only needs a better post.

SIR LBS Z TAM (QUA) – Was patient most of the mile, finished willingly and was strong under the wire. He is eligible for the non-winners of 1 level.

FOR A DANCER (QUA) – Won on her own like the classy 3yo that she has proven to be.
