Race 1

(9) KEYSTONE ACTIVATOR comes back to the States and finds a very soft field. Hobbles and Lasix join the equation; interesting. (1) TROUBLE has had three qualifiers to work out the kinks for new trainer Miller. (5) SKADS WINNER chased a nice foe in that last qualifiers and this is a soft field.

Race 2

(6) GOTTASEEABOUTAGIRL finished strong from behind in what looked like a prep race to me. Now she enters series action and should be ready to show more. (5) JAMIE SUE took care of business versus lesser; big test. (1) TERROR TO CAM qualified well for the hottest barn around.

Race 3

(4) THOMAS J was racing okay at Monticello but certainly not good enough to warrant a trip to the Meadowlands. That alone has me intrigued. Why bring him here if he isn’t ready to show more? Barn has a win at the meet. (6) TAYLORLANE CRUISER won’t find an easier spot, and you won’t find me picking youngster Joe Bongiorno in the top three very often. (1) PAYNES LANDING drops down and moves inside; chance.

Race 4

(8) IDEAL IN VEGAS has some starts in December, which gives him a big conditioning edge on the rest of the contenders. Her qualifier was solid. I’m on board. (7) WINNING IT is undefeated for Ron Burke; obvious threat. (5) POLAR OPPOSITION displayed some serious ability as a 2-year-old; can’t toss her. (4) AIR GUITAR HANOVER qualified nicely.

Race 5

(2) SOCIAL NETWORK was stretched out in his recent qualifier to get him ready for this race. This could be a serious colt during the winter. (8) BIG LEAGUE has a great record. He looks like the main threat. (6) LEGENDARY MYTH was a good second in his qualifier and should be tighter now.

Race 6

(10) TAKE A WALK chased a good one in Social Network during his qualifier. With this race coming up pretty light, I give this one a chance. (7) DUNGEON DRAGON was a bit short at Yonkers. Let’s look for more tonight. (6) MR GOVIANNI FRA wasn’t bad last time and does get a switch to Pierce.

Race 7

(3) BANGBANGKISSKISS had some issues in his debut but still got the job done. I would imagine that we might see an equipment change and an improved effort. (2) IM THE PIED PIPER looked good in his morning effort. (8) JIMMY WHIZBANG made a nice move last week before fading; maybe.

Race 8

(5) RUNAWAY ROSE opted out of a race at Yonkers for this easier spot. (4) QUEEN OF THE STARS has been racing pretty well lately. (6) DEVON CREAM perked up with a catch-driver.

Race 9

(3) AVOGADRO HANOVER raced well with pace at both ends of the mile in his Vincent Fusco Jr barn debut. (6) FORCE ORE FINESSE is going well now. (2) CAMS FUTURE drops back down.

Race 10

To be honest, this looks like a good race to skip. (4) LADYBONES was okay last time and now drops down. This is a very easy spot. (1) WARDEN WOODIE chased a nice mare in that last qualifier. (3) MATTIES BIG GIRL comes in from Illinois; not impossible.
