Race 1 - Winners of 2 But Not More Than 4 Extended PM Races LT Trot

(4) DEE'S RED DELICOUS turned in a much-improved effort in the NY Sire Stakes final after changing barns to Travis Alexander's. He's won at the Meadowlands in the past, and I'll use tonight. (3) CARUSO steps up a level tonight but won very handily on 9-4 and kept Brian Sears. (2) WET MY WHISTLE drops out of stakes company for the first time in a while here and showed the ability to pick up a few checks against those types.

Race 2 - 7500-10000CLM HCP Pace

(5) FRANKIE ROCKS A paced home in 28 seconds two back but then reverted to his breaking ways on 9-10. He gets a driver change tonight to Victor Kirby, and I think he's a perfect fit for a horse like this. He'll have him finishing after sitting off-the-pace, and hopefully enough to get the win. (4) D GS SHALLWEDANCE comes in with two straight victories, including in this class last Friday. (7) FOX VALLEY NEMITZ continues to be one of the biggest money-burners around, but he gets reunited with George Napolitano Jr. and might be planted on the lead.

Race 3 - NW2000L4 Pace

(4) REVOLVER N kept up well in that qualifier last Saturday and may not have to go much more, if any, to win this bottom level event. (3) LESPNDNITETOGETA N had a 27 3/5 last quarter in the tank a week ago and now moves inside on the gate for a barn that's been heating up over at Yonkers. (9) CENTURY GRIZZlY picked up a couple of checks against NW4000L5 types at Harrah's Philadelphia and showed the ability to race from off-the-pace and on the front.

Race 4 - F&M NW12500L4/TrackMaster Rating 85.75 or Less as of 9-14-21 Pace

(1) HEAVENS SHOWGIRL A performed much better on the mile track here last Saturday than she did at Yonkers in her U.S. debut. She shifts to the pole position tonight, so she may be closer to the front. (5) SHE'S NUN BETTOR N closed in 27 seconds to finish fourth in the same race my top pick comes out of. (2) ROSE RUN VANTAGE had zero shot from post ten last week but gets significant relief in that department tonight.

Race 5 - NW2/20000LT / NW3/30000LT, NWL3 Starts Pace

(1) LIBERTY N FREEDOM just about pulled off the upset last Saturday after a stalking trip. He starts from post one tonight, so he'll have every opportunity to work out a similar journey here. (4) AS ALWAYS just held off my top pick a week ago to break his maiden. He remains in the same class here and certainly seems logical to include. (7) METALLICA has gone off favored in both starts since coming down from Canada but has had to settle for underneath results, which is where I will slot him.

Race 6 - NW6000L4 Trot

(2) GREAT UNKNOWN picked up a couple of positions in the final quarter against better last week and now gets to drop again. (4) CHIPLOSIVE always seems to wake up when he gets to slide down to classes like this one and he gets post relief, too. (10) HOCKEY HANOVER drew outside again, but he can probably just float and drop in like he did last Saturday or maybe march to the front should Marcus Miller choose.

Race 7 - F&M Winners of 2 But Not More Than 4 Extended PM Races LT/NW75000LT Pace

(3) SO NICE HANOVER has been facing some tough foes in Pennsylvania on her page and has been racing well against them. This looks like a massive drop from those events, and she should be tough. (4) SKYY was third in a race that So Nice Hanover was second in two back at Harrah's Philadelphia. Since she's right back in after being scratched on 9-12 at Harrah's Philadelphia, I'll bank on all systems being go and include. (10) BEACH CRAZY was second in the Adioo Volo and won the PA Sire Stakes consolation but has to overcome the ten-hole here.

Race 8 - NW9000L4/Winners Base Class NW6000 or Less Last Start/NW of a Race Since 4-18-21/NW10250L6 Pace

(7) ROCKIE GOT FRAMED saw his run of on-the-board efforts end last time out at Pocono when he got caught up in a wicked early tempo and tired. He's won at the Meadowlands before and trainer Erv Miller is sending out plenty of live horses. (1) TYPHOON STRIDE A took plenty of wagering attention in his U.S. debut last week and finished with some late interest. I wouldn't be surprised if he was sharper tonight. (5) STONE HANOVER missed a start last Saturday when he was scratched sick, but he charged home in 26 3/5 on 9-4 and was Corey Callahan's choice in this contest.

Race 9 - NW17500L4 Trot

(8) ANGEL NATION exits the Open and has shown talent in Pennsylvania, including a third-place finish to Guardian Angel AS two back. (1) MORAIRTIME hasn't been seen since Hambletonian Day, but she often takes advantage when she gets to race overnight company rather than the tough stakes mares. (3) RICH AND MISERABLE seems to be on a good race/bad race pattern right now and would be sitting on a good one if that holds.

Race 10 - 100000-150000CLM HCP Pace **$50,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 Pool**

(4) SUGARTOWN hasn't had very good trips in either of his last two appearances. I thought he did well to hang on to get a check after getting parked a week ago. (2) VETTEL N won in this class last week and definitely has a good history at the Meadowlands. (3) J M MANDAMIN gapped cover a bit on the far turn last Saturday but then got rolling in the stretch. Maybe they try to go back to the front with him this time.

Race 11 - NW17500L4/NW9 or 90000LT/TrackMaster Rating 87.5 or Less as of 9-14-21 Pace

(2) ANA AFREET N went a fast clip and had to duel with a two-wide challenger last week, yet was still very hard to get by. He'll on the engine again and I'll bank on him going the distance this time. (5) SANDBETWEENMYTOES isn't having as good a 4-year-old campaign as he did at age 3, but he exits a very good race at Pocono where he missed by just a nose to former Little Brown Jug winner Southwind Ozzi in a fast time. (3) ARTIE'S IDEAL kept Marcus Miller over others in here and he makes his second start back after a layoff. His comeback try at Pocono was a good third.

Race 12 - NW6000L4 Pace

(2) ROCKEYED OPTIMIST gets the post/class relief combination here, and I will hope that he's more forwardly-placed like when he was doing well in Pennsylvania last month. (6) GOOD ROCKIN is much better as a one-move closer than leaving like he did last week. He changes drivers to Corey Callahan tonight, and I can see him getting an improved trip. (1) HEZA REAL DIAMOND also has a pilot swap to George Napolitano Jr., so that may signal he's going to go down the highway from post one.

Race 13 - Open Trot

(2) BACK OF THE NECK wound up with a poor trip in the Maple Leaf Trot. He probably needs to the be on the engine, and that should be Ake Svanstedt's plan in this race that seems to lack many leavers. (4) LOVEDBYTHEMASSES scored in the Open last week from first-over and will probably be in a similar spot tonight. (6) CRYSTAL FASHION was second to Lovedbythemasses last Saturday and lures Jim Marohn Jr. over from Yonkers.

Race 14 - F&M NW3500L4/TrackMaster Rating 79.95 or Less as of 9-14-21/12500CLM Pace

This looks like a spot where (8) BE BEST could easily come to life, and she gets reunited with Marcus Miller, who seems to get along with her the best out of anybody. (2) WESTERN SHOWGIRL continues to work her way down the class ladder tonight and picked up her life's mark at the Meadowlands earlier this year. (3) J ROCKIN B drops and moves inside on the gate this week.
