(8) JUMPING JAKE has a win against TrackMaster 68s and a third against tougher TrackMaster 74.5s in his last five tries and drops a notch on the ladder here. (1) SPIRIT OF TRUTH slides down from the TrackMaster 74.5 level and gets post relief to go with it. (10) FASTING will have to overcome the outside but looked ready in his qualifier last Saturday and hails from a high-percentage stable. (1) SONO CONFUSO took one unsuccessful shot against TrackMaster 77.5 company last week and now drops back to the level where he won two back. Race 3 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 Ext. PM Races or 50000LT / NW3 PM Races LT Drawn Inside Pace **Survivor Pick 7** (6) DONT DROP THE BALL flattened out in the lane last week after he took the lead, but I still thought it was a good effort and he moves in a couple of notches on the gate. (5) LAZARUS STAR didn't have a great trip a week ago as he tried to re-move to the point but got left out instead. His win over NW2s prior to that was solid. (4) LASER SPEED hikes up but does so off a romping victory and he's been sharp for a while between the Meadowlands and Yonkers. Race 4 - TrackMaster Rating 77.5 (NW L2 79.55) or Less Pace (7) DREAMLANDCAPPUCINO has been facing tougher company in his lines, including a couple of efforts against stakes rivals in Pennsylvania. I'll give him a shot on top. (5) BET ON ALABAMA rallied to finish third in this class last week at long odds and has hit the board in three out of his last four tries overall. (3) CAPTIVATED did well in a recent series at the Meadowlands, including a second in the final. Race 5 - NW5000L5 / Starters NW2500 or Less Last Start Pace (2) SEEN HERE doesn't have any on-the-board results yet in an abbreviated 4-year-old campaign, but he closed with pace from the back of the pack two weeks ago and gets post and class relief here. (3) BET ON MAC slides in on the gate from post eight to the three-hole this time and drops a notch on the ladder. (5) DA DELIGHTFUL was facing tougher NW15725L5 foes when last seen at the Meadowlands on 11-1 and led a long way before he wound up third most recently at Pocono. Race 6 - TrackMaster Rating 80.5 (NW L2 82.8) or Less Pace **$50,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 Pool** (7) POMPEO HANOVER gets to drop down from the TrackMaster 83.5 level off a fourth-place finish last week and half of his four wins this year have come at the Meadowlands. (9) WHAMMER JAMMER hikes up from the TrackMaster 77.5 class but is in great form and post doesn't really seem to matter when he's this sharp. (2) JOEY JOE woke up when he got on the mile track last Saturday and tallied in a lifetime mark. He is moving up a notch on the ladder, but that was an eye-catching effort. Race 7 - 25000-40000CLM HCP Pace (7) CAVIART LOTUS comes east from Harrah's Hoosier Park in solid form and is now in a stable that can have one ready to fire a big mile. I'll give him top call. (9) MAMBA has a second and a third against $40,000 claimers at Yonkers in his last two tries and has had success at the Meadowlands before. (1) TWIGGS PUB paced a 26 and change final panel in a third-place effort a week ago and slides in from the eight-hole to the pole position. Race 8 - TrackMaster Rating 86 (NW L2 88) or Less Pace **Pick 6** (2) IT'S IN THE STARS posted a second and then a third in two appearances in this class last month and drops out of the TrackMaster 88 level. (3) SOUTH BEACH STAR is capable of showing a lot more speed off the gate than he has lately, and he gets post relief off his last two efforts here and over at Pocono. (4) SEASIDEESCAPE steps up from the TrackMaster 83.5 level but won handily a couple of weeks ago and races out of a high-percentage stable. Race 9 - TrackMaster Rating 83.5 (NW Last Start 85.5) or Less Pace (2) GOLD STAR SVEN continues to work his way down the class ladder here and he picked up a check against tougher TrackMaster 86s a week ago. (9) STELLAR YANKEE has a bad post but has hit the board in three straight outings and I expect he'll be put in play. (7) BETTORS DONTTELL kept his good form from out of town going with a fourth-place effort last Saturday with a 26 and change last quarter. He moves in a couple of notches on the gate this time. Race 10 - NW12500L5 / TrackMaster Rating 88 or Less / Starters NW10000 or Less Last Start / NW9 Ext. PM Races LT Pace **$50,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 Pool** (1) SUGAR MAN makes his third start for these connections here and was a solid second to a classy foe last Saturday. (5) GO GO GRASSHOPPER overcame interference to post a handy victory a week ago, and I think he can build on that tonight. (9) BONDI LOCKDOWN A drew a bad post but has hit the board in four straight trips behind the gate, so I'll toss him in the mix underneath. Race 11 - TrackMaster Rating 74.5 (NW L2 76.5) or Less Pace (2) WHERE'S DROGON took a bunch of wagering support last Saturday but then wound up with an extended first-over trip and tired. I'll give him a shot here against a wide-open group as I anticipate he'll have an easier journey tonight. (1) CAPTAIN CONAN comes south from Vernon with three straight victories and meets up with the right kind of field to keep that going. (5) CAMLACHIE CHROME double-jumps from the TrackMaster 68s but does so off a victory and he's had lots of other success at the Meadowlands before. Race 12 - 15000-20000CLM HCP Pace (4) PETER PETRIFY N was game from first-over last Saturday before he wound up third and debuts for new connections off a claim tonight. (5) LYONS MUSIC slides in on the gate from post nine to the five-hole and gained ground in a fourth-place finish last Saturday, which kept his good form going from over at Pocono. (6) LMC PEANUTS WATCHN owns back-to-back victories in this class and races out of a stable that's having a great season. (3) FINAL CHEESERECIPE has been on the bench since May but qualified well over the oval last Saturday and was facing better at Yonkers before he began his hiatus. (6) CAPTAIN BATBOY takes a second shot at this class off a gaining fourth-place effort a week ago. Race 14 - TrackMaster Rating 71 (NW L2 73.35) or Less Pace **Hi-5** (5) GAITWAY PATRIOT owns a poor win record but I liked his closing runner-up effort last Satuday and with this post hopefully he can work out the same type of trip. (2) FATHER TED GB finished right behind my top selection a week ago and they both drop a notch out of the TrackMaster 74.5 class here. (3) GATSBY HANOVER exits the amateur races off good performances, including a victory two back.
