BEST BETS: 2-0-0-1 / $0.00 (-4.00)

SPOT PLAYS: 2-0-0-2 / $0.00 (-$4.00)

BEST BET: ROBERTSIN (5th)

SPOT PLAY: MOLOTOV COCKTAIL (13th)

Race 1: GSY Amateur Pace - Pick 5

(2) KINGOFTHEJUNGLE had a tough trip last time and still hung around nicely at Tioga. Veteran has a bit more class than these and should be handled aggressively. (1) MCNULTY Z TAM is another with inside speed and he should get away in close attendance and have a chance if on his game. (6) TAILGUNNER HANOVER has been a closing machine in these races but he'll need a bit of pace help. (4) PETAL TO THE METAL gets a better post to work with this week.

Race 2: Kindergarten 2YO Filly Trot

(1) LILBITALEXIS just seems to be a bit faster than this crew right now. (3) DESIGN FASHION did good work on the B-level against Pennsylvania breds and might do well on the stretch out to the big track. (5) LA VIE EN BLANC added hobbles and snuck up the cones for the win while handled with care. Perhaps they open her open a bit this week?

Race 3: GSY Amateur Trot - Survivor 7

(3) INNISFALLEN isn't the most reliable horse in the world but does seem to land in a good spot for a barn that has done well in the amateurs so far this meet. (6) OOH RAH gets a touch of class relief here and that might be enough to put him in the picture at the wire. (1) INAPERFECTWORLD has inside speed and sticking close in these amateur races is usually a good idea.

Race 4: Kindergarten 2YO Colt Pace

(6) HAMMERING HANK comes off a TSS Final victory in Pennsylvania and those races seemed to be much tougher this year. He looks to keep his perfect record intact and got very lucky to get away from Early Action when this division was redrawn. (1) CODE CRACKER has been racing well at The Meadows and this barn won five here last Saturday. (7) CAPTAINRYANMICHAEL has definite talent and could be a menace for the top spot given the right trip.

Race 5: Kindergarten 2YO Colt Trot

(1) ROBERTSIN is supposed to take this field to task. While he finished just second last time, it was his first start in five weeks. (4) SIMON was five wide while leaving into the first turn when he made a break. Chuck Sylvester trainee has some talent and can show more here. (2) SLAVE LABOUR tends to stay close to the pace and has been consistent of late.

Race 6: GSY Amateur Pace - Pick 5

(5) ESCAPE AGAIN moves into a barn that is starting to heat up after a bit of a slumber and this trainer/driver combination has done very well in this series. (2) LOTTERY WINNER romped last time at Freehold with this driver in the bike and he's been one of the better ones in this series. (1) STEUBEN GLADIATOR also won convincingly last out and seems to fit nicely here. (6) BRANDON HANOVER worked out a decent trip and just lasted a week ago; chance with a trip.

Race 7: Kindergarten 2YO Filly Trot

(3) MISSWALNER FASHION lost to a nice filly last time in race 2 favorite Lilbitalexis. Walner filly sticks out here as the clear one to beat. (2) I’LL HAVE A LINDY ran through the Stallion Series with just one loss and deserves a chance to show what she has on this circuit. (4) BARE MY SOUL raced well from post 9 last Friday and ran into a bit of stretch traffic. Zeron sticks here over #2, but that seems like barn loyalty.

Race 8: GSY Amateur Trot - $3,576 Pick 6 Carryover

(4) RIVER OTTER finds a field without too much early speed and could take charge and never look back. (8) SCIROCCO PATRICK hasn't been involved in his last pair of starts but seems to face the type of field this week where Silva will change tactics. (1) FRENCH MONI had no chance after chasing slow fractions last weekend. Inside post here likely means we’ll see early speed.

Race 9: Kindergarten 2YO Colt Pace

(4) EARLY ACTION was a very impressive winner here last week as he easily turned aside his foes. Smart move by trainer Joe Holloway listing Callahan with other drivers out of town. (8) JD arrives off a NYSS final win. He was steppy during that mile and needs to prove he can do it on the big track. (7) HUNTS POINT takes a big step up in class but might be able to handle it. (5) SHAKE IT had pace at both ends of the mile last Friday.

Race 10: Kindergarten 2YO Filly Pace - $50K GTD Pick 4

(2) HOOD PARTY finished third last time behind a potential killer in Niki Hill. This field is much easier top to bottom. (4) EAGER TO PLEASE finished right with the top pick last week, though the driver change to Sears here could mean an underlay price. (8) FLIP THE SCRIPT might be more of an underneath exotics play from the outside post, but I wouldn't be shocked if she stepped up. (1) SWEET OMEN has dealt with some breaking issues on smaller tracks and might appreciate the mile oval.

Race 11: Kindergarten 2YO Filly Pace

(9) GOTTHEGREENLIGHT arrives off a NY Sire Stakes final victory against a quality foe in Just Divine. The post here isn't ideal but she should have a big shot; Todd McCarthy’s choice over #4. (4) TREACHEROUS DRAGON is highly regarded but perhaps not worth what could be an odds-on mutuel. (8) FIND HAPPINESS has good early speed to get into the race and six seconds in seven career starts.

Race 12: Kindergarten 2YO Filly Trot

Go back and watch the qualifier from (5) FASHION SCHOONER. It was spectacular despite the narrow defeat. Walner sister to the great Broadway Donna ($1.4 million) seems to have ability and Campbell tends to send his horses to the track ready to win. (9) CASH MACHINE GIRL broke as the chalk last time but shouldn't be tossed aside too quickly. (7) BRICKHOUSE BABE beat up on lesser in her latest start at Pocono and prior to that she was second in the Doherty, so there is some class here. (1) PRIMADONNA DEO has never been worse than third in six career starts.

Race 13: Kindergarten 2YO Colt Trot

New York champion (10) MOLOTOV COCKTAIL catches a soft group and might just be able to fire out from post 10 and take this field down the road. (1) FAMOUS FATHER rallied well after the early break last time. If he trots the mile, a win is not out of the question. (7) GRAND SPA was one of a few who come off breaks from post 1 at Yonkers on Sept. 10. His prior start over this track two back was solid. (9) SECRET RULE kept his act together with hobbles added and might try to leave this week on the bigger track.
