Daniel Be Good ended up setting fractions of 21.87 seconds and 44.43, before being joined up front by The Boy's Ring. \nMe the Sea and G T commenced a wide rally inside the quarter pole, and he passed the leaders in deep stretch to prevail by a neck over The Boy's Ring. Daniel Be Good was a length back in third, and the even-money favorite, Paso Doble, faded to finish a distant sixth in the seven-horse field.\nWith jockey Tyler Pizarro aboard, Me the Sea and G T completed the distance in 1:08.65. He earned $75,000 in his first stakes win for G T Heat Stable and trainer Steve Owens.
