I’m taking a stand against She’s Reddy, the very beatable M/L favorite in R6, by anchoring this pick-3 ticket with the more likely winners of that race: CASSANDRAS CHASE (5), stretching out for a barn (Baltas) heating back up, and MARKETPLACE (7), going turf-to-dirt for Proctor and Van Dyke.

I’ll start the sequence in race 4 by using a pair of decent-looking firsters, DR. CRABBY (1) and EXCITE ME (7), along with a horse that drew noteworthy play in his debut, DIXIE WRITER (8). I’ll try to stay alive in the middle with a smattering of choices, including KING BUDRICK (5) and ETERNAL FLAME (8) at decent prices.
