Mare has three foals on Lone Star card

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – The stakes-winning mare Final Trick has three foals racing on the Sunday program at Lone Star. All of the entrants are by the stallion My Golden Song, and all were bred in Texas. The card closes out the meet at Lone Star.
Final Trick’s first representative is Man of Stature, a 3-year-old who will vie for favoritism in the opener, a first-level allowance at a mile on turf. Cliff Berry has the mount for the partnership of Wayne Sanders and Larry Hirsh. Man of Stature is trained by Bret Calhoun.
Final Trick’s second foal on the card is Zippit E, who will start as a top contender in the third race, a maiden special weight for 2-year-old fillies at 7 1/2 on turf. Lindey Wade rides for Sanders and Hirsh. Zippit E is trained by Calhoun.
The third Final Trick foal on the card is Final Song, a 5-year-old mare who starts in the ninth, a first-level allowance turf sprint for fillies and mares. Larry Taylor has the mount for owner and trainer Jerrold Weaver.
Final Trick won a Texas Stallion Stakes division at Lone Star in 2005. She raced for Sanders and Hirsh and was trained by Calhoun.
