Majestic Mark, On Andy’s Advice seek class relief in Wednesday feature
Majestic Mark and On Andy’s Advice will get the class relief they need when they run in a first-level allowance race for 3-year-olds on Wednesday at Northlands Park. The one-mile race drew six horses and headlines an eight-race card that begins at 6:30 p.m. Mountain.
Majestic Mark didn’t show much after breaking a couple of steps slow in the one-mile Ky Alta Handicap June 21 where he finished fifth. In his previous race he set the pace before finishing second in a first-level allowance race going six furlongs June 6. Trained by Lenore Dubois, Majestic Mark’s best performance in his nine-race career was a second-place finish going 1 1/16 miles in the $75,000 Ascot Graduation at Hastings last year.
Ismael Mosqueira rides Majestic Mark.
On Andy’s Advice, third in a first-level allowance race at Charles Town April 29, finished three-quarters of a length behind Majestic Mark in the Ky Alta. He could take a big step forward making his second-start going around three turns for trainer Wally Pugh.
