Love You More upset Haulin Ice on Saturday at Delaware Park when she moved past the 1-2 favorite in the later stages for a half-length victory in the $100,000 Rehoboth Stakes. Carmelina was second, a length in front of third-place finisher Haulin Ice, a front-runner who stumbled badly at the start and came from off the pace. Love You More ($26.40) had one horse beat early as Mega Mil ran the opening quarter in 22.97 seconds and was then joined by Haulin Ice through a half-mile in 47.07. Love You More came six wide into the stretch and ran past the field in the lane to cover six furlongs on a fast track in 1:12.30. DRF Past Performances and Picks are available now. “It was a great race,” De Paz told the publicity department at Delaware Park. “She missed the break a little bit and I thought she would have been right behind the leaders early, but she is a filly that has won going a mile and [going] seven furlongs, so I did figure she would come with a run. “It was a little ugly at first, but it worked out in the end. She is a gorgeous filly. After she went through her conditions, the goal was just to get her some black type, but I am looking forward to seeing where she will take us from here.”  Love You More is a daughter of Maclean’s Music who races for Barry K.
