Litfin: Aqueduct pick three play for Saturday, Nov. 29
The last four graded stakes of the New York season are run today at Aqueduct, and although having the Comely as race 4 negates a golden opportunity to market a classy late pick four sequence, there is a contentious pick three available on the Demoiselle, Remsen and Cigar Mile to end the program.
DEMOISELLE: A clear line of demarcation separates the two fastest fillies, Condo Commando (#6) and Angela Renee (#7), from pricier possibilities Quezon (#3), Gap Year (#5) and Jacaranda (#8).

Condo Commando could have a pace advantage based on her Saratoga races, and will be allowed to roll after being discouraged early at odds-on in the Frizette.
Angela Renee’s perfect setup to win the Chandelier is flanked by a couple of pedestrian performances, but she may like this track, considering her full brother To Honor and Serve won the Nashua, Remsen and Cigar Mile over the surface.
The 1 1/8 miles is a question for all, and Jacaranda has some pedigree appeal as well, being a half-sister to this year’s Florida Derby winner, Constitution.
A: 6, 7
B: 3, 5, 8
REMSEN: The whole field is eligible for preliminary allowance conditions, including Sleepy Hollow winner Ostrolenka (#11), who meets open company for the first time.
By the luck of the draw, Ostrolenka is among four plausible contenders drawn poorly outside, along with Classy Class (#10), Market Conduct (#2B) and Frosted (#12).
Frosted will be first-time Lasix, and has obvious appeal after a good-figure maiden and fast works, but the Godolphin colt is marooned in post 14 for his initial start at two turns.
Flashaway (#1) got a beneficial post, and his rallying second behind winning entrymate Sky Hero stacks up as the fastest two-turn dirt race in the lineup. He is entitled to improve second time on dirt, and will be a price.
A: 1, 12
B: 2, 10, 11
CIGAR MILE: This is a good rebound spot for Itsmyluckyday (#2), who sustained top form for months, winning four of five starts from April through August. He has been freshened up since a demanding trip in the Kelso Handicap, battling through a fast second quarter as the top-weighted horse.
Private Zone (#1) follows the same schedule as last year, when he came off the Vosburgh and Breeders’ Cup Sprint to run second in this race at 32-1.
Vyjack (#4) is back in fine fettle and has the home-field advantage, as his only loss from four starts on the main track was a close third in the Wood Memorial at a distance beyond his range.
Secret Circle (#6) has run exclusively at six furlongs the past two seasons, but has solid back form at the distance. He has been worse than second only once in his career.
A: 2
B: 1, 4, 6
