Ky. officers elected

The Kentucky Thoroughbred Association/Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders has elected its officers for the 2004-2005 term.

Trainer John Ward, Jr., will serve as president. Other officers elected were Don Robinson, vice president (KTA); Bill Landes III, vice president (KTOB); Robert Clay, secretary; Charles Nuckols III, treasurer; and Bill Thomason, Jr., assistant treasurer.

The election also included directors. Re-elected to their positions were Landes, Robinson, Jimmy Bell, Robert Courtney Jr., John T.L. Jones Jr., and Jeff Thornbury. New directors are Mike Bell, John Greely IV, Garrett O'Rourke, and Ric Waldman.
