Kiss Mine won her fourth stakes of the year when she got a patient ride from jockey Greta Kuntzweiler and drew clear late in the $50,000 My Charmer Stakes on Saturday at Turfway Park in Florence, Ky. Stalking the pace from a wide position on both turns of the 1 1/16-mile Polytrack race, Kiss Mine rated kindly for Kuntzweiler before surging to the front at the eighth pole and finishing 1 1/2 lengths before Coastal Solace, a 45-1 shot. My Baby Baby, a 5-1 shot, finished another 1 1/2 lengths back in third. Kiss Mine, bred and owned by Carl Pollard and trained by David Vance, finished in 1:48.65 and returned $7.20 as favorite in a field of 11 fillies and mares. The triumph was her fifth from nine overall starts in 2010 and followed wins in two stakes at Mountaineer Racetrack and one at Ellis Park. She earned $29,140 to increase her bankroll to $344,466. Seniga ran fourth at 5-1, while Miss Blakely, the 3-1 second choice, was through early and faded to last.
