Kentucky commission loses counsel

The Kentucky attorney general's office has told the Kentucky Racing Commission that it will not serve as legal counsel to the commission as of March 30, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported Wednesday. The attorney general's office has advised the commission on legal issues for 10 years. A spokeswoman for the attorney general would not comment on why the office had taken the action.
