Kenny Peck provides his analysis, selections and suggested ticket structure for Saturday's Pick 6 at Saratoga.  RACE 7: Thinking DALIKA (#6) can steal the Glens Falls, which came up light in terms of pace. She was unable to last going this distance two back but she opened an unnecessarily big lead there and was run down late; with better rating she could prove tough to catch. WAR LIKE GODDESS (#3) is the main threat late despite the short layoff, as she has the best Beyers in the field; working steadily toward this return. RACE 8: BELLA SOFIA (#8) may be quickest of all eight of these 3-year-old fillies and she can win the Test Stakes given a quick break and a loose lead. She will have to outrun Illumination, who merits inclusion if the top pick were to scratch for some reason. Other than one of those speeds, I’ll also include SEARCH RESULTS (#7), who may find seven furlongs to be the perfect distance for her. RACE 9: With a host of European imports in the lineup and no real standouts among the American runners the Saratoga Derby appears to be the perfect race in which to spread out as wide as possible. I’ll use them all, as it’s also a race which is tough to plot in terms of pace, and hope for something outlandish. Build your ticket with DRF Bets TicketMaker here. RACE 10: KNICKS GO (#4) is clearly the one to beat in the Whitney off that 113 Beyer he posted at Prairie Meadows, but making him even more formidable is the pace advantage he seems to hold over his four rivals. He’s going to be tough to reel in if he’s in fact once again unchallenged on the lead, making a spread in this race unadvisable. RACE 11: EMPTY TOMB (#5) gave way in his latest, at this same distance, but he had to work hard to establish that loose lead; improvement expected if he gets an easier time of it today. AIR ATTACK (#6) went to the sidelines after that poor effort in the Flat Out Stakes, as something clearly went amiss; dangerous if he returns running, as he has back Beyers that fit well. CHESTERTOWN (#8) returns from the layoff as a gelding, and he’ll be a threat here with a move forward of his best figures. RACE 12: MADAM MACLEAN (#1) had some traffic issues going five furlongs in her latest but she is a proven turf sprinter with tactical speed and an inside post. RISKY MISCHIEF (#6) makes a belated 2021 debut but she has solid figures and will be tough to handle if she runs to them. TIME LIMIT (#7) is the top pick, coming off a win in her first start over this course in her latest, at this same distance. BAY STORM (#10) is another off a long layoff but trainer Jonathan Thomas does well with absentees. THE PLAY: 3, 6 / 7, 8 / ALL / 4 / 5, 6, 8 / 1, 6, 7, 10 = $528 Ticket
