SPOT PLAYSCHAS THE MAN (5-1) Was near impossible to win a 1-turn Poly race last 4 months at AP with an outside pressing trip, but this horse did so last out, & show horse was coming off near miss in G3 Wash Park. Has found a home on Polytrack & likely to steal off to easy lead here. -Marcus Hersh Closer Looks >> |

SPOT PLAYSTABREED (#6, 3-1) Showed a lot of promise in that allowance win at Monmouth three back, and though she failed to dazzle in two subsequent starts she was hurt by a slow pace two back and the 11 furlongs may have been too much for her last time; expecting her to unleash that strong late kick we saw back in June today. -Kenny Peck Closer Looks >> |

VULNERABLE FAVORITEGOLDEN GALAXY (7-5) She's imposing on the surface, as those Beyers do stand out, and she proved in her latest she's versatile enough to rate as well as lead. But she has never tried this distance, with most of her success coming at six furlongs. That means she's iffy if on the lead, and if she tries coming from off the pace she's not likely to get the same kind of fractions she got when she won last time. -Kenny Peck Closer Looks >> |
