Juddmonte Farms announces 2015 Kentucky stud fees

Juddmonte Farms has announced 2015 stud fees for its two-horse roster standing at its U.S. division in Lexington, Ky.

Mizzen Mast will stand for an increased fee of $25,000 during the upcoming breeding season, up from $20,000 in 2014. Leading runners this year by the 16-year-old son of Cozzene include undefeated French Group 1-winning juvenile Full Mast and Grade 2 winners Filimbi and Stonetastic.

First Defence’s fee will be reduced to $10,000 after previously standing for $15,000. Multiple Grade 1 winner and Eclipse Award candidate Close Hatches is the leading runner this year by First Defence, a 10-year-old son of Unbridled’s Song.
