Jean Elizabeth leads all the way in Pretty Jenny Stakes

Jean Elizabeth won her third race in as many starts when she led all the way Saturday at Hawthorne in the $75,000 Pretty Jenny Stakes for Illinois-bred 3-year-old fillies.
Running for the first time since Oct. 12, Jean Elizabeth ($3.20) hit the gate at the start and broke last of four under Julio Feli, but quickly made the front. She set splits of 22.30, 46.02, and 58.35 on the way to a final time of 1:11.14 for six furlongs on a fast dirt track. She won by one length over 22-1 Tumultuous Gal, who was a neck better than Royal’s Position. Richie’slilwildcat was scratched.
Larry Rivelli trains Jean Elizabeth and was co-breeder of the filly with Richard Ravin. He owns her in partnership with Ravin and V-Leaf Stables.
Jean Elizabeth, by Adios Charlie out of the Lit de Justice mare Rooney Doodle, won a maiden race at Arlington by three lengths in August and a first-level allowance at Hawthorne by more than eight in her two previous starts.
