Almond Eye clinched the title with a win in the Grade 1 Japan Cup on Nov. 29, her final career start and third Grade 1 win of 2020. By Deep Impact, Almond Eye won 3 of 4 starts in 2020, all at Tokyo Racecourse. Almond Eye won the Grade 1 Victoria Mile in May and was second in the Grade 1 Yasuda Kinen in June.
